They have almost every I need for my tanks and I love the point system here - it helped me get a reptile bulb when mine burnt out the point really helped save me from spend $ I wasn’t planning on spending at the time. Thank you guys so much!

cheaper prices than petsmart sometimes. usually a dollar lower but still good. i like that they send you emails about fish/pet sales every thursday. nice staff as well. i also like coming to look at the fish sometimes.

Main aquarium supply chain that has stood the test of time. Slim pickings when it comes to these types of businesses now. However, Big Al’s has always been in the top five.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable & would appreciate your keeping closer tabs on your free roaming offspring’s. Patience of Job in the Barrie, ON store.

I've been coming here 5 years now and this is the only location where I purchase my fishes and all my aquarium needs. Everyone is great, but Drew is my absolute go-to for EVERYTHING. He's very experienced and has excellent customer service. Always patient and willing to accommodate.

I've been coming to this particular Big Al's for quite a while. They are super helpful and often go above and beyond to diagnose our tank needs. They have a wonderful selection and I find that when I'm in the area and just have some time to kill I'll spend it looking at the fish. Their fish/plants are high quality as well. I've had very few issues getting them acclimatized to our tanks at home.

Bought 5 neon Tetras, they were done in 3 days. The staff said neon tetras will work in my tank. I told them what other fish were in the tank. They said that’s fine. Waste of time and money, bad recommendation. Only see 1 left. Not sure if the 1 will make it. They said they want proof of the fish. Here’s the picture of proof.
