Amazing! Just did and exchange for a smart ring. Amanda the customer service rep was absolutely amazing!! Best Buy, If I were her manager I would keep her happy as you don't get service like that anymore. She should be leading a team and mentoring others in customer service standards!! There was a mistake on my invoice, so I called back the store number immediately, when i got home to correct it. I call the (Barrie store) number & the call goes to (I think) the (Philippines). They call the (Barrie store) (from the Philippines) & the Barrie store does not answer. So the (Philippines) tells me that they will leave a message with the (Barrie store) to call me within 24-48 hours....Great system.

I trust Best Buy for their very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I have never been disappointed. They have great deals always and the friendly staff ho out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

I was there for new iphone pro, a gentleman guide me with my request, then Tess, very pleasant girl set the deal using all the promotions and advice to seal the deal. She is so professional, I'm so impressed with all the help I have received.

This is a great place to shop. Staff are helpful and go above what is required. I've bought a lot of stuff here in the last few years. They are really good about exchanges/refunds when needed.

We purchased an LG dishwasher from Best Buy in Barrie about a week ago. The entire experience - the purchase, delivery, and installation- absolutely spectacular! Danielle and Nathan are absolutely wonderful. Nathan walked me through the particulars of the appliance I needed and how to ensure it fit the needs of our household. Danielle gave me a great deal. The delivery and installation companies adhered to the exact delivery dates and times, and one week after purchase, our dishwasher is installed and working perfectly. Thank you SO much, Danielle and the Best Buy team, for making this a seamless experience. We have now purchased five major appliances from you, and we will come back for more in the future. Great prices, amazing service, and a wonderful team to help all our needs! A+++++!!!

By far out of all the reviews I have made , I've had the worst experience here. Just because one of the employees was extremely judgemental. I don't usually write names of people, but your employee Ryan's (or Bryan, I don't clearly remember) behavior was disgusting (I think he is a senior employee or a manager cause he seemed like he is training someone). I was talking to this guy about financing and he was like " I will only discuss it if you have plans of buying it". Well, I don't think I would be coming to your store, if I don't have a plan to buy something.
I understand that he doesn't want me to open a box, but I don't know what kind of an employee won't allow me to hold the box and see the specs of the item listed when he clearly does it for other people. Just because one thought I can't afford it doesn't mean one can act like it. I asked him to give me the details and he told me to 'see it for myself' by looking it up. And to top it all off, he told the cashier to make sure that the item 'has been fully paid for ' before letting me touch it. Both me and my friend knew exactly what was up. All other employees including Laura, the cashier, were amazing. What astonishes me is that this guy doesn't have any issues explaining stuff to other people. If you don't wanna serve your guests, don't take up this job bro. Let me shop in peace.
And to best buy, being in customer service for quite long, I can assure you, even a 10 year old can do a better job than this guy RYAN cause they wont judge. I still bought your item cause I don't have to worry about some ...... behaviour.

Bad service and experience with manager of customer service today
We purchased nearly 2000 cad
and the staff introduced the items to bring back for connection and I had an emergency family issues to return home without enough time to connect our son.

I took it back to the store and they said the wire was not connected correctly and now I can't return it, I can only use a credit card from them with almost 2000 to buy another stuff ???
What s a point for sale representation to work in there to recommend for customer buy stuff?

Best Buy has the worst warranty ever If your warranty extends after a year which most do. you as the customer are on the hook for the inflation that occurs as if we the customers can control that and you have to pay more when using the warranty you paid for originally. I genuinely don’t recommend getting any sort of coverage from Best Buy Save Your Money

I went into the the Barrie South store to look for a new cell phone. I currently have a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra & was considering the S24 series. After standing at the display comparing the phones for 15mins, somebody finally asked if I need help. I told the rep what I was looking for & asked if there was an S24+ that was not locked into the security cradle. I wanted to check the weight and see how it felt in my hand. I was told no!!! So, I am to make a $1200 - $1700 dollar decision without being able to hold the phone. Ridiculous!! I walked out and went to another store in the same plaza, they let me properly look at the phone & I gave them my money! Best Buy used to be a great place to shop... I guess they don't really want business anymore. I guess I look like a thief!
