Don’t come here.
Called in asking to replace a bushing on the rear right side and then I come in and drive it home still hearing the knocking sound. Then I check the car and they replace the left side instead of the right. Called back and told the lady that I ask for the right side and she said I never said that when I did and said she didn’t write it down but how is that my problem she should have wrote it down and they didn’t do anything about it.
Don’t come here they don’t honour their customers

Horrible experience. Went in for an A/C check. Told I need a compressor at 1200.00. They have the part and I'll have it back in a few hours. End of day they tell me the price is 1400.00 and they are having a problem. Should be ready the next day, Friday. End of day somethings wrong and they can't figure it out. No vehicle over the weekend. Monday, 5 days later it's ready. The bill. 1700.00. So incompetent, I will never know if I even needed a compressor. Feel 100% ripped off. Because of my problems they offered me a discount on a windshield. Why would I trust them with my vehicle again. One star is one too many.

I was having issues with my front end.. (loud knocking noises) and I was concerned about driving on the highway.BayCity filled my transmission fluid and changed the lines (which had a leak) for $400. This did not address the issue I was having and I drove on the highway with my front end still broken. When I picked up my truck, it was immediately obvious that there was still a problem from the loud noises my truck was making and I don't understand how they thought it was safe to drive.

Very friendly and prompt service. They provided a honest assessment and a fair price for the work they performed on my Caravan. I will definitely bring my two vehicles back to Bay City Auto Care in the future.
