My name transmission went in my truck and it was dropped off at Barrie Transmission, it’s a work truck so I had work tools inside I needed to make money, money I need to pay my bills. I went by to get some tools out of my truck, as I arrived I seen the sign said closed but I seen activity inside and 1. I wasn’t there to inquire about services 2. I needed in my truck for less then a minute 3. Again there was activity inside and the door was open, I went in and as I did I was greeted by a miserable old gentleman who started off the conversation asking if I’m stupid because I didn’t read the sign, I apologized and said I’m just here to grab some stuff and before I could he was swearing at me, telling me to get out, and when I seen my keys on the counter I told him that and again started swearing at me and then said if the keys are inside then it’s their truck lol great customer service and if the owner or whoever runs the place don’t have a miserable old man representing your company, I have a huge social media following and I will be sharing this with everyone. I lost out on money that day because a miserable person who clearly hates his life wouldn’t let me in my truck for 30 seconds, a paying customer who needed tools to put food on his table. Cheers

Lorenzeo was honest and easy to deal with. We went in with our older vehicle for a free diagnostics to determine if it was worth sinking any money into. Lorenzo was able to diagnose the problem and was fully transparent about the cost of repair. I would highly recommend Barrie transmmission.

I had a great experience at Barrie Transmission, all thanks to Lorenzo. He really knows his trade that's for sure! He was awesome at explaining what was wrong with the rear differential and what he needed to do to fix it. The service was quick, and he was clear and straightforward the whole time. I can't thank you and your team enough for the exceptional service. I will definitely give Barrie Transmission a 5++ out of 5. If you need your car fixed, I'd say go to Barrie Transmission and ask for Lorenzo.

Pleasant enough but I found him a little condescending. They came highly rated by our mechanic, BUT NOT a place to bring your automatic Subaru regardless if it's a 4/5 speed or CVT :(

With so many things costing so much for a car, I was genuinely surprised that Barrie transmission did a cheaper fix to what could have cost thousands!!!! I was so extremely grateful for the support!

Lorenzo took care of me regarding diagnosing what was the issue with my car. I thought it was a transmission issue but after taking it in and getting it checked out, Lorenzo told me exactly what the problem was and where to take it. He didn’t charge me anything and was very kind. This is the type of mechanic you want.

Customer service was bad for a first time caller. Mr lorenzo sounds like he doesn't even want to book people in. Told me he was booking into jan and didnt even ask about my car problem and hung up right after telling me they are booking into jan.
