Horrible! Don't waste your time or money.
Where to start..
First, you have to physically go in to pay your bill each month, and catching the admin to do so is a task in and of itself. There was a month I drove there 3 times, all within business hours, and no one was there to process my payment, and no, there's no autopay option available. But wait, there's more.
When I finally decided to take my business elsewhere, as I went to pack up all of my belongings, I found rat droppings everywhere. On top of that, most of my boxes were damp, so there was obviously some sort of leak. I ended up having to throw out more than half of my things.
Lastly, it's a hassle to get into the unit in the winter, it's usually frozen shut and maintenance on the grounds is very minimal.

Friendly staff...if you can get them on the phone or get them to return a call. Hours posted on web and voicemail don't reflect times you can access your unit. Very frustrating. Won't use them again, unfortunately

Good storage, not the greatest for keeping stuff away from elements. Garage doors exposed to outside cold and heat. Hard to turn around truck in lane
