Took my Audi Q7 in for front and rear brake replacements. They were friendly and efficient not to mention the price was far better than the dealership.

My vehicles engine stopped running and would not restart.I had my car towed in for diagnosis .Was told that motor was seized and need replacement.Management unsure as to all work done on my vehicle. Had to refer to notes and mechanics DID NOT report all that was done.Estimate was approximately $6000 for used motor and labor.I could not afford at the time.My car returned to my address. Still disassembled from mechanics attempted diagnosis of engine no start.Spark plugs removed not reinstalled and missing.Coil packs not secured.fasteners missing.Serpentine belt removed and not reinstalled.Engine splash guard removed DAMAGED and not reinstalled.Management very misleading .I diagnosis my car .Engine NOT seizedBATTERY was low. Charged it up.EPS module needed replacement. Purchased used one from auto wreckers for $90.NEW spark plugs $5030 amp relay/fuse $30That's $170 .My ENGINE RUNS again.Exactly like before.$170 is a BIG difference from $6000.I will NEVER EVER take my car to this place again.Was referred to by towing company I will NEVER call again also.Management and owner are unscrupulous and untrustworthy.And after talking to others about my experience, some more unsavory information has come to light about this place.DONT GO HERE.you'll probably get SCAMMED and ripped off.POS.GFY.I'd have given NO STAR RATING but you have to add something to post a comment.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

over all reasonal price.Diagnositic so fast and mechanical work done with in a day.owner chris is ready to listen customers complaint and working exact what is needed . very helpful and honest i felt .since i been in canada i worked with few mechanics and most of them just adding on the labour charges and disappointed after the works. but here its reasonal priceworks: speacially any types of tyres and rims , break, wheel allignment, oilchange .i am writing this review after a week of my work" yes with out any doubt you can approach Chris"please use my name for reference ?

10/10 would recommend bringing your car here. Brakes started to go, made an appointment for a week out, we ended up having something that came up and needed the brakes done sooner. I called Chris and he was able to squeeze us in that day. It's hard to find mechanics that aren't slimey and charge and arm and a leg.We will definitely be returning to Chris for any car needs.

Great mechanic shop and great people.Have brought all my vehicles here and recommend them to family and friends.Patrick is super honest and respectable.I know that I can call Chris at anytime to ask questions and he will steer me in the right direction with advice.In the last year I’ve bought a project car and a new truck and he has personally brought me back under the hoist to look at the vehicles and given me recommendations on how to proceed.My newest purchase this week had an issue and I head right there no appointment, they did what needed to get me back on the road. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles.Update.More issues with truck, brought into have spark plus replaced, was quoted coils as well if needed,was called and told coils are good and bill was half the price quoted. Was pleasantly surprised by the teams honestly! Again wouldn’t trust anyone else
