UPDATE: After this review, they did fix my car. The manager did lie about not taking pictures a month or so, but alas it finally got fixed. It is sad that it had to go this far, but I'm glad my car is finally fixed properly.
I brought my car here back in May 2024 due to an accident. The repairs only took about 2 weeks, but when I got my vehicle back, the bumper wasn't fully latched on because it didn't fit properly because it is an aftermarket part. I had one employee tell me because it's an aftermarket part "it's fine and we can't do anything about it", and another employee say "oh yeah that's bad but you'll have to talk to insurance because we can't do anything about it." And then calling insurance which called Assured back and forth multiple times.
I then had the manager reach out to me and said he would get it resolved, well now it is October 2024 and I have not heard from him or his team since. It is truly a disappointment on how they treat their clients. I have reached out a few times since then, but have heard nothing back.
I would suggest going to another repair shop.

If I could give a lower rating I would. We brought our car here to be fixed as it was approved by CAA as a vendor. I had used this company before they were bought by Assured. What was a significant job $15k turned into a nightmare. The vehicle was not right the first time I got it back, second time nor the third and final time. Dale(service advisor) did not treat this job or me with any level of respect. There was no quality control at all and Dale did nothing but lie when putting him on the spot. GPS trackers don't lie Dale. Don't walk away from here run or don't go in the first place..

I brought my car here for a quote because i got rear ended and the guy wanted to pay for it. When i called they told me to come in the next day at 4. When I showed up I was told oh actually you were supposed to come tomorrow. Thats not what i was told and it was a time crunch so the lady came and took pics and told me she would write up a quote. After a couple days i got a quote and emailed back to make sure the special edition was taken into account when the quote was put together. I then got a new quote for a couple hundred more. Me and the guy agreed on that, however when he went to pay for it (2 days later) the cost was somehow now doubled. They say that ther prices are subject to change and i get it for a couple hours extra labour or something. But if the quote is going to somehow double in 2 days whats the point of even sending me a quote. They probably do this a lot and they just deal with insurance companies so no one ever hears about it. However if its you paying theres no way id bring my car here again because they will give you a price that means absolutely nothing and you could be spending 5x what you budgeted for

I found my experience with this bodyshop for my audi to be smooth and with out glitches

Very friendly staff and a beautiful paint job on my bumper. The work was done on time and they set me up with a rental car from their premises.

I was very impressed with quality of service and work at Assured . Everything from beginning to end was done with smile and with attention to make it easy for customer. It was absolute pleasure to deal with Dale and ladies at front desk. My car was repaired perfectly and on time. Rental service was also very well organized. Overall Assured Auto did great job and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

update to my previous review - Assured Automotive contacted me and told me they would order the needed part then have it installed at no charge . They followed through on their promise and our Civic is working good . Bill thank you very much you have redeemed yourself ! If I could give a zero star review then I absolutely would. Completely dissatisfied with the services I received. I was blatantly lied to about the work being done to my vehicle as they did not fix the damage they signed off on fixing. When I picked up my supposedly fixed vehicle, it had more issues than before I brought it in. I DO NOT recommend. Very Unprofessional and incompetent.

It took 104 days 22 phone calls and tears but I finally got my car fixed (through several misunderstandings and miscommunication the GM Bill fixed a piece that wasn't their fault because of how much I'd been through) I appreciate Bill stepping up and owning the mistakes of his employees and fixing a piece that would of cost $2000. Although I appreciate it being fixed I did make sure to explain that communication is a very important part of their business that a lot of his team LACKS. He has assured me he is working to rectify this so here's to hoping! My advice is if you're having issues speak with him directly as he seems to get things done quickly

I’m quite disappointed. I have been waiting for a long time for a quote with no reply from the manager. I’ve called emailed and spoken to Reception several times and still no answer.
