What a horrible organization. I've never experienced such poor customer service. As a Volkswagen owner in Barrie, you don't have much of where you get your warranty work completed, and Assured does most of the work. There's a 12 year limit for warranty work and my Passat was rusting so I took it into Assured. Really long story short, Assured failed to submit the paperwork (despite my reminders and requests for updates) and so the $10,000 worth of work that needs to be done to my car won't be covered under warranty. I reached out to Assured's head office asking for support and they never emailed or called me. Now I'm left with a rusting, rotten car that should have been repaired under warranty that will never get fixed and I'll have to drive around in embarrassment.

Today I picked up my car from Assured in Barrie and I’m pleased with the results of the repair. I must say that Karna was an absolute joy to deal with she was very good at keeping me up to date on the progress and they even cleaned the interior.Keep up the great customer service Karna ?

My insurance company scheduled an appointment for my Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimted with front grill and bumper damage from a deer collision. Original visit to the collision shop was for an estimate. It wasn’t thorough as it should have been even though I had pointed out the parts that were damaged and what was suggested to be ordered because I had looked myself and looked up all the parts. Case in point; when the vehicle went in for the repairs 4 weeks later and upon disassembly the body shop called me stating that there were more parts to order and replace than what they had estimated. I told them that at the original estimate appointment I mentioned exactly what the damaged parts were and I’m not even in the auto body repair business. They ordered everything they required, so I thought. When I picked up the vehicle a week later, the customer service was very good, the vehicle was vacuumed and exterior was washed. That very same day my front signal bulb stopped working and thinking it was a bulb, I noticed a wire was broken off the light receptacle, most likely from not taking care in installing the front grill and double checking all connections. Also my left headlight was aimed far right and when I went to adjust it, I noticed that the left headlight pod was not secure. I removed the grill and saw that they had just reused the original left headlight pod that was damaged to begin with. I don’t have time to waste going back and forth and like a lot of other things these days, quality workmanship is a craft not seen much anymore. I spent a couple of hours to fix it the right way securing the left headlight pod and repairing the signal light wires, something that the body shop should have done in the first place. No second chances for businesses to redeem theirselves, sorry. Do the job correctly in the first place and to the best of your ability…don’t cut corners.

I had a first time experience at this location . The staff and order of operations were great . My issues were addressed an processed and completed with great performance and I was treated very well. Shout out to Alisha Mark and their coworkers who provided reassurance and great service! I would recommend this location for all your collision needs.

It was a big surprise for me to repair my car there. Below were the timelines.Nov 21, 2023 - Sent my car for evaluation. Tech mentioned that it would take around 2 days to fix it. And they needed to order parts for the fix. Scheduled to start fixing on Dec 21, 2023.Dec 21, 2023 - Left my car in the shop according to the schedule.Dec 28, 2023 - No update until I sent email to check."The repair planner and tech looked over your car and had to order a Headlight clip and bracket."Jan 3, 2024 - Got email as "Just wanted to let you know that we are still waiting on the bumper to arrive."Jan 10, 2024 - Checked with them again. "The bumper will be arriving today. if everything goes smooth this should be ready for you tomorrow."Jan 12, 2024 - So sorry for the delay on this, we are still waiting to get this back from Active Green and Ross. It is getting a 4 wheel alignment. If not ready today it will be 100% ready for Monday.Jan 15, 2024 - Finally picked up my car from the shop.It was ridiculous that they ordered parts three times. :( For two day repair, it took 25 days to fix.They didn't work in the weekend. From my point of view, car repair is essential service. Costco, Canadian tire & Midas all work in the weekend.One good thing was that they cleaned the car inside and outside.

Great place with amazing staff who are always there to update you or if you call they are always there to answer your questions but most importantly the work they did to my vehicle was just incredible I honestly did not expect it to look like nothing ever happened amazing work so I highly recommend this place if you been in a collision and need work this would be the place I promise you won't regret it thanks.

The staff at Assured South Barrie were phenomenal! From my first phone call to them about my vehicle’s repairs to when I picked up my perfectly repaired SUV, they made sure that my experience (which I’ve never had to deal with anything like this before) was comforting and extremely knowledgeable. Every detail was explained thoroughly and the staff made sure I left feeling confident with using their services. If ever needed again they are absolutely my first choice. Thank you Assured!

The place was very clean. People were extremely friendly and the workmanship was top-notch. They even completed the job quicker than expected. took care of the rental. For both pick up and drop off for me so the whole.experience was hassle-free.I highly recommend them.
