I went to purchase some items online and when I got to the check out and applied a coupon code it did NOT show me the complete order total and shipping to be completed at check out I went to use Google pay confirmed my address and hit continue in which again I did not know the order total and the order was completed. I hit continue not complete especially since I didn't get or know my order total. Absolutely unacceptable when I call customer service there was no manger to speak to. I got muted and ingored the first call and had to call back because someone didnt want to do their job. No option to cancel order and the solution given was to not accept the package and I'll get reimbursed in about 2 weeks time. I also stated that this was theft and the rep I spoke to said "I know" confirming it indeed was theft and unauthorized.
Update: yes I received a email not a phone call just a email with the solution as stated above to not accept the package and get reimbursed in what would be about 2 weeks time. Thank you for confirming I got a email regarding poor customer service and really poor online experience.

Staff were really helpful here today. I wish i got the ladies name who helped us. We were looking for something out of season and the employee spent a lot of time searching for the item we wanted and helped us with sizing. We ended up getting exactly what my daughter was looking for.

very bad customer service. The merchandise was shipped without tags and the associate not accepting the items back. very rude. head office staff was super nice and we had to call the head office to make the return possible. still didnt acknowledge the mistake.

love the clothes but you have to pay for a bag and it falls apart
i’ve been walking around for an hour and it’s broken do not recon buying a bag. it’s useless. they need to get better bags or make these ones free. i’m very disappointed.

I just do not understand why customer service is so bad every time I go. When I walk in and manage to walk and look at whole store not a single girl there says hi. They are chatting loudly about there relationship and even the other girls, that work there who are absent that day. They are always on phones or huddled in a group talking at cash. So when I approach I get a "oh hi" like I disturbed the convo.

Clean and friendly store location in the Georgian Mall. I found great selections and probably bought too many shoes. I will definitely shop here again and again!

I just wanted a different colour for my cap and the girl at cashier , she directly said no to my face that too so rudely !!!! It’s okay if I can’t get a different colour in that thing but there’s a way you talk with customers!!!!! Ridiculous customer service by the girls at Ardene !!!

I was there with my husband and kids on the weekend. One of the girls was great with my daughter and helped her find a bunch of stuff for a great price too, another girl was sweeping the store and stopped to check on customers. The girls were very friendly and helpful.

Chantal was so cordial. She helped me find everything I needed right away. My skirt size is very specific and she did her best to find it. Very good experience.

Customer service is a bit of a joke here. 2 girls behind the cash, singing loud to the songs, playing their own music on their phones. Chatting away cashing customers out. Stores a mess to boot.
