Long distance moving was really overwhelming. Everyone at AMJ Campbell was so very patient with me, and walked me through each step of the process. The team loading and the team unloading the truck were fantastic!!

Delivery drivers multiple times have shown up 1-2 hours before delivery window given and then leave when I am not home (as I’ve planned my day AROUND the window I’ve been given by AMJ). I call the drivers and they essentially don’t care and are too lazy to come back from the sounds of it. They said that if it’s happened so many times then I should know to be there earlier.. they said they called multiple times and I didn’t answer, but I was unavailable to answer my phone given I was told the deliver would be hours later. The drivers seem less than impressed with their jobs clearly, and while understandable, this is not my issue. I called head office, no answer. I had to call other extensions to get through and was told someone would call me after speaking to the driver. No one called me. I was told to call 20 minutes later if I hadn’t heard from anyone, no answer again. I called multiple times to then look on Google and find their office closed at 12, a few minutes after I had called back. Worst delivery experience every single time, people rearrange their days to accommodate timeframes they give and then they don’t honour it. I was doing an exchange so had emptied out my furniture and moved it by the door to now have to move it back for whenever they actually do delivery it next time. If I could give 0 stars, I would. 10/10 do not recommend.

Mike and his team were absolutely fantastic, did a amazing job moving us from Innisfil to Goderich, very professional, very respectful with all of our furniture and belongings, I highly recommend AMJ Campbell. I will definitely use them again when moving.

AMJ Campbell moved my belongings. I had to make a decision about who to call. I was leary about all of the moving companies out there. I spoke with Audra and she was amazing and so helpful. The day the movers arrived they were organized and had my stuff loaded in no time. I asked how many days they figured to deliver and they were right on the date.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We only needed a table and chairs moved and they were not valuable but they were heirloom items to us. AMJ made all the arrangements flawlessly and transported them from Ontario to Alberta in good time and in perfect shape. They even installed them in a basement room which was not easy. Hat’s off to AMJ!

We asked AMJCampbells of Barrie Ontario to both pack and move our belongings from Alliston to Thunder Bay Ontario. They provided excellent service with both the planning and execution of the move. Each stage was completed in a timely and problem free manner.We would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable long range mover.Our thanks to each and all the Campbells staff involved in our move.

Good friendly service from Roy and his team. Crisp communications. Great care of our goods, no breakage. Good clean-up. Our only complaint would be that a few boxes ended up in wrong rooms. Good job AMJ and team from sales to service delivery.

We used AMJ Campbell to move from Ontario to New Brunswick, based on the details from close friends who did the same, and we couldn't be happier. We moved a 4 bedroom home plus basement filled with my mom's furnishings, etc., which entailed a 2 stop move and it came in just under estimate, which was more than reasonable to begin with. It truly was a flawless move with zero damage, no missing items and great people - fast, efficient and friendly. The office staff were also wonderful (sales and admin), always available and sometimes checking in just to see how we were doing. Thank you Katrina, Audra, Blake, Matthew and Chad - no one could ask for more!

Of all the moves I have undertaken, this was by far the worst. Not only did the company underestimate the cost of the move by 50% (even though the estimator came to the house to view the items to be moved), the movers caused significant damage to some valuable furniture. I submitted a claim and was advised that it would take 30-45 days to resolve the claim. After several calls and 73 days, the company offered me $150.00 (citing prior damage to a custom solid cherry wall unit and ignoring the fact that the cream sofa they dropped was not just muddied, but torn. There was also a damaged dresser and significant damage to the staircase. Talk about adding insult to injury! I am not done...to be continued.
