I am an avid Aerie shopper - mostly online, but I do shop in stores frequently also. I had a return to do yesterday and was surprised by the retail experience. I walked in with a couple friends, and it was evident that I had things to return in my arm. I headed for the cash register and had to wait some time for the girls working to finish their very personal conversations (we could clearly overhear) and head to assist me at the register. I received a very unwelcoming attitude from the young lady who served me, and felt I was totally inconveniencing her as she wasn't able to continue her conversation with her colleague. We were the only one in the stores, so I would have expected a much better experience. I doubt I'll go back to this location.

As a retail associate myself, it would be nice if the staff could take the time and clean the change rooms and trash bins when there are 4+ employees and gossiping about what someone was buying on their lunch break, the store was not very busy. The one associate instead of assisting me to a change room simply said “pick one that’s free” and walked away and upon leaving instructed me to leave the items I did not want on the table in the back. This location feels like a self serve rather than a nice welcoming store excited to help you with your shopping needs. Maybe I’ll have better service ordering online and trying on at home.

I visited last Saturday for the first time and was blown away by the service that Isabel gave. She took time with my teenage daughter and addressed all her needs. My daughter needed a bra fitting. Isabel was sensitive to the fact that my daughter may not be comfortable revealing her body to show the fit. She helped me with a fitting as well. She was patient and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the time she took and the expertise she had in getting out fits just right! If I could I would hire her myself!

Unfortunately this store does not stock very many items in XL and almost no XXL. Last time I was in there full priced new selection had one xl in one colour and zero XXL. Like all stores that claim to be size inclusive, they only carry thier “bigger” sizes on line only.

Recently myself and my daugther went to this location for her first real bra fitting. The staff made her feel cared for and made her feel confident. They were amazing with her. The experience for her first real bras was hands down the best time. Izzy was amazing. She was kind and just a wonderful person! Her help. The other 2 staff were great and I sorry we didn't get their names. Well done ladies. Well done. She is so excited to wear her awesome new bras!

I always love this store! The girl at the change rooms was super helpful and approachable. I returned something and they were fast and friendly about it. Would recommend!

Every time I go into Aerie I have a wonderful experience. The staff there are so friendly and helpful! The customer service is amazing and you can tell the staff really take pride in helping their customers. I wanted to make sure whoever is in charge of management gets some sort of recognition for how wonderfully ran the Barrie, ON. location is.

I have to make a review because i have had the most AMAZING experience at this store then i ever had at any retail store in my life!i came into Aerie looking for a comfortable bralette because i just recently had surgery. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because i was just gradually getting into bralettes and bras without wire. i had two amazing staff members Destiny and Sarah show me a few different types of bralettes and as well giving me the time in the change room to pick which ones i thought would be best. I did have one of the more expensive bralettes with me but I wasn't wanting and couldn't spend that much money on one at that moment. The most comfortable one was the most expensive. I also didn't know my size due to my surgery. They had a conversation with the manager Amanda and came back to me telling me that she understood the situation and wanted to help me out so i was able to have the most expensive one for free!!!! i was able to buy a cheap one and take home the expensive one for absolutely FREE !! i took a small and a medium so i would know my size for the next time i went shopping for new bras. The manger Amanda and the two staff members Destiny and Sarah gave me the most AMAZING customer service and i will absolutely NEVER forget it!!!! I am still so amazed buy the whole situation and i can not THANK THEM ENOUGH !!!!! AMAZING customer service and the BEST experience i could have ever encountered at this store and it definitely needs to be recognized!!! THANK YYOU LADIESSS left in tears of AMAZMENT AND JOY <3

I went in yesterday and I was really happy with the staff member who helped me (I didnt get her name but she was blonde). She is really good at her job,and easy to talk to. Definitely deserves recongnition. =)

Very disappointed in their customer service. I purchased a bathing suit which was 60% on July 5. I was charged FULL PRICE for it . When I went to go get a price adjustment and one nice lady said that you will at checkout. Then they other lady at the checkout said they couldn't because it has been more then 2 weeks.........I was not told that I had two weeks do a price adjustment nor did it say that on my receipt.
