They were very helpful with meeting every need I had, even though the mazda dealership kept messing me around green and ross on anne street was able to help me out and get my car back on the road! Great friendly service and an easily accessible place! 100% would recommend bringing your car here for service, I was only in for a tire change and as I was checking my emails I saw a detailed report on my cars health, FREE!!! if I was from this province these guys and gals would be my preferred shop for sure!

We moved to Orillia area and we had a long standing 10+ year relationship with Active Green & Ross in Cambridge hence our trepidation in moving to a new car service provider. We wanted to stay with the brand but also understand each location may be different. However we realized many aspects do stay the same AND this location went above and beyond. Carrie/Allison and Stephen...amazing job on my truck and I have great heat again! Moreso, in the end when an unexpected problem came up, you didn't give up, as I needed my car, and you came up with a great interim solution, that is working well and open to scheduling for replacing it with a new part. I would HIGHLY recommend Active Green & Ross on Anne St in Barrie. Thanks again and look forwarding to building a long relationship. Josie

This location has become my “go to”place for help with my car, especially tires. The way I’m treated, the speed and helpfulness of the service, the value I get, all contribute to the feeling that I’m appreciated. The parts I can get almost anywhere but it’s the people that always have me coming back.

Alison was amazing and informative unlike a lot of businesses in Barrie that I have been to previously . If I could give 0 stars I would.Older lady at the front is out to lunch. Defending her careless staff.The boss seems to just tuck his tail in his office in the back.Went for a winter tire swap unfortunately the rims I provided didn’t fit.Needless to say I wasn’t in the best mood already.THEN The tech who worked on my car decided to force down my trunk causing it to jam. Then parked my car and ignored the warning signals on the dash stating my trunk is open. Leaving massive oil stains on my carpet.. mind you my car is brand new with 8000km.I was charged the 150 dollars for the work and was left with that.Luckily one of the old techs came to help me. And also stated that the “young guys” are a problem.I will never be visiting active green and Ross again. And I highly recommend you stay away from this location.

I have been coming to this shop for several years. I trust them to keep my car safe and on the road. From seasonal tire swaps to brakes and oil changes and anything else needed. The staff is always great to deal with. They also will give me a heads up on anything that will need to be done in the future. I will continue using this shop for all my and my families future needs! I had a nail in my tire and had to get a new one. Green and Ross Anne St. in Barrie got me a quote in just a few minutes using their on line service. Within 2 days they had the new tire in and my appointment booked. I had a brand new tire for considerably less money than what the dealer wanted to charge me. I was in and out in less than 1/2 an hour!Service: Tires
