Bought an Evoshield elbow guard. Had the main shield but was missing the strap. Was able to go in the next day and pick up a new strap. Employees were super professional and I am very happy to have had such a great experience

I went in to see if my skates could be repaired. I was quoted a price that was marginally less than a brand new pair of skates. The guy said he'd measure my feet to ensure I got the correct size and he'd sell me a pair of new skates if it was right for me. I actually found out I'd been wearing the wrong size. Their inventory was a little out of my price range so I bought proper sized skates somewhere else. He knew that would happen, but invested a few minutes to assist me anyway. I appreciated that and told him I'd be back for any future hockey needs. Knowledge and customer service are key components to operating a successful business. I'll go back for sure. 100% recommend.

A refreshing experience at this location yesterday. I love me a good hockey store and this was one of them. There are lots of places you can go to buy hockey equipment but there are not a lot of places that have staff with knowledge. I wasn’t being serviced by some young buck who would rather respond to messages on his cell phone than help me. I was assisted by a fella by the name of Brandon who was both knowledgeable and professional. He fitted me for a beauty pair of skates and went above and beyond in ensuring I was set to carve upThe ice. With a good custom fit and as sharp as a katana sword - im all set for beer league tryouts. Thanks for the help B, Source for sports Barrie is where its at!

Amazing customer service and knowledge. Brandon is a pro that fit both my son and husband for perfect skates. He knew how to find the best fit for them and was so helpful, kind and patient with all our questions. Will be sending everyone we know (from Huntsville) there. Worth the drive, we’ll be back!

Brandon’s knowledge and care in properly fitting skates is incredible. Our son has always had difficulty finding skates that adequately fit his feet and ankles. We were in a few weeks ago and Brandon spent well over an hour determining which skate and fit would work best. Per his suggestion, we waited three weeks for a specific skate to be stocked and when we returned today, he was spot on - the skates fit perfectly! Thank you, Brandon.

Asked for my goalie skates to be sharpened to the goalie specs but the employee just said “ I’ll sharpen them regularly” when I went to play I couldn’t play my position properly

Called the store to see if they had a helmet in stock and spoke to Liam, who advised me they had a few to choose from. When I got to the store Liam promptly came over to help me with fitting a helmet. Super friendly and knowledgeable, and he didn't try to get me to buy the most expensive one they had. That's when you know they actually care about getting you the right equipment for your needs.Liam, I know the helmet I wanted in the end wasn't in stock and that I would have to order it online, which I could've gone anywhere for. Instead, I chose to buy it online from Source for Sports because of YOUR good customer service.Thank you again Liam and 4Hundred Source for Sports!
