From the hood, all the way down the passenger side to ripping off the back bumper. I felt for them as I knew they would be ordering many, many parts. Each time I called they were understanding and gave honest answers. They had my car for five weeks and when I presented myself to pick it up, I had my winter tires with me and they happily put them on. The car also had been detailed. Amazing! What a wonderful staff.
