male cashier working tonight was unnecessarily rude. we looked online to see if the store is open, it says open 24hours, we go to the store to stop and use the bathroom and get food because we’ve been driving for 6 hours and the door is locked. we call to get let in and as soon as the cashier comes to unlock the door he starts ranting about how “the store it’s closed at 11pm, how am i supposed to see you if you’re not by the window, you could stand out there all night and i wouldn’t care.” completely unnecessary, and felt very unwelcoming. did not get to use the bathroom because the cashier made it obvious that he did not want us in there and that we were somehow making his night worse. we’re not from bancroft, we wouldn’t know that the store closed at 11pm as well as there being no sign on the doors saying that the store was closed.

Very Rude cashiers. Two ladies. I stopped bought a coffee and requested the lady that my family would like to use the washroom she said yes and then as soon as stepped out they locked the door and said we close at 11PM. I requested, the girls need to use please we still have 3 more hours of journey. They both said no. Pathetic inhuman behaviour. Please do not stop here. Worst place
