I called this pharmacy on a whim, to see if they might be able to rent me a rollator for the day. WOW. The customer service was impeccable, so kind, thoughtful, and more than happy to help me out. The rollator was fantastic and they found me a basket for it. The price? Very affordable. Thank you for making my weekend!

Very helpfull. We were away from home and a medical device failed on us and needed to be replaced. They do not normally provide this service but went above and beyond to help us find a solution. Great service.

My wife needed some prescriptions filled in order to deal with an ongoing illness that she was suffering from and was having difficulty with getting the prescriptions sent from her doctor's office shortly into the new year when staff were minimal at offices because of the holiday and Covid-19 and the staff at this pharmacy phoned the doctor's office several times seeking the prescriptions until they finally got somebody on the phone and got the prescriptions faxed over to their pharmacy which allowed them to fill them. My wife was suffering severely from her illness and I knew how important this was so during this time I held onto hope that they would be able to contact hung around Bancroft until I knew the doctor's office would be close based upon looking it up on my phone and a few minutes after it closed I got the call from the pharmacy that they had managed to contact the doctors office and get the prescriptions filled. I went back to the pharmacy and picked them up and brought them home to the great relief of me and my wife.The staff at this pharmacy went way above the call of duty in getting my wife's prescriptions filled in order to help overcome her illness so if you're looking for a pharmacy that will help you when you're having problems getting a prescription filled I would strongly recommend going to this one.

The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful, I trust their advice. The staff go above and beyond to ensure every customer receives the best possible service. They also deliver to customers. I have been a customer since they first established their business and am so glad I switched pharmacys.
