I can't say enough about the service and staff at Carstar. I brought my car in after a deer strike. It had extensive damage. From the hood, all the way down the passenger side to ripping off the back bumper. I felt for them as I knew they would be ordering many, many parts. Each time I called they were understanding and gave honest answers. They had my car for five weeks and when I presented myself to pick it up, I had my winter tires with me and they happily put them on. The car also had been detailed. Amazing! What a wonderful staff. Thank you!

The work was done quickly yet flawlessly. Top quality workmanship. Super friendly staff that made the whole process easy and painless from the rental vehicle to my finished car, which I received a whole lot cleaner than what I left. They even cleaned the interior, windows, dash and my floor mats. Awesome service.

They damaged my vehicle and won’t own up to it. Between having to chase them for updates and them consistently not returning my phone calls this has been an extremely frustrating process. When I picked my vehicle up I found they had scratched the opposite side that was worked on, when I pointed it out to the secretary she didn’t apologize she more less started to panic then said she would have to contact the manager who was not there. I again had to chase them to see what their plan would be to fix this. They said they would get back to me, still not owning up to a mistake that they made. They also hadn’t put my personal belongings back in my vehicle that shouldn’t have been removed in the 1st place. Fast forward to 4 months later the scratch is still not fixed and they want to keep my vehicle for a week but can’t give me a courtesy vehicle to drive during repairs like I had when they did the original repairs. How can I trust that these people won’t damage my vehicle again? Carstar used to be a great place to get your vehicle fixed a place you could trust, but seems since the new owners have taken over their customer service has had a major decline. Sadly I will never go back to this place again I just can’t trust them.Service: Body & Trim

This place really cares about your viechles and do a very good job.
A deer hit my van and had a lot of damage to it.
They did an amazing job of making it look like new.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Kept me up to date and available to answer any questions. Excellent work on repairs. Would definitely go there again. I'd say original small town service with all the bells. Truck was shiny clean and they even cleaned the inside. Excellent customer service!

The staff here is friendly, professional, and maintains excellent communication with the customers. The repairs were done ahead of time and the quality of the job is superb.There was also some tidy up of my interior which was not necessary but I certainly appreciated it.Services: Painting
