I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store. Upon walking in with my son, the only salesperson present was engrossed in a personal conversation at the register, completely ignoring our presence. While her lack of greeting didn't bother me initially, my annoyance grew when a couple entered shortly after and were warmly welcomed while we were left ignored. This blatant favoritism and rudeness left a sour taste in my mouth.
After sharing my encounter with others, it became clear that this behavior was not an isolated incident. The store itself was unwelcoming, and the merchandise was lackluster and unimpressive. The combination of a rude shopkeeper, unwelcoming atmosphere, and uninspiring products ensures that I will not be returning. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment.

Twig in Bala is a fantastic find for beautiful home décor in Muskoka. Their products are both stylish and inviting, perfect for any home. The staff really stand out here – incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly, making every visit a great experience. Whether you're sprucing up your space or searching for a unique gift, Twig Muskoka is worth a visit.

Lovely little shop with lots of unique cottage items. Friendly staff and parking out front or nearby. The quality of products is great, but items are pricey. Definitely worth stopping in to check out.

Has what you would expect from a store that sells stuff for cottage country. Lots of wood work furniture and plain looking house hold apliances. Not for me, but perfect if you have a cottage, if just a bit common.

An interesting place with pricey cottage-y items for sale. Staff are friendly. Neat to walk through and look at stuff. You can park alongside the road. It’s proximal to other small shops in Bala along the the highway.
