The owners were so nice and the rooms quite clean. The amenities provided were very nice clean.Only problems were there was a used toothbrush in one of the bins in the bathroom and there is construction going on behind the inn and it is audible at 9am. Other than those two things would love to stay here again.

Clearly recently redone and they did a great job. Clean, spacious, well-appointed rooms. A bit disconcerting not to have staff on site (we were there in the off season), but they were responsive by text. Larger bath towels would have been nice but that’s the only quibble.

Excellent property and amazing staff. The owner was extremely helpful and genuinely cared for her guests by making sure that everything was ok and that we were all comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this property to everyone!

This past weekend my boyfriend and I stayed at the Dudley Inn and what a lovely experience we had! The contactless checkin/checkout was seamless, the cleanliness & the comfy/coziness that the room provided made the experience that much more relaxing. The location could not have been better, less than a five minute drive to Bala's main strip! Not to mention the affordability of the room itself! We will definitely be coming back and will be bringing friends. Thanks for the best weekend Dudley!

Clean, quiet and modern. It was the perfect place. We loved the added touch of the bottle water and candle lights in jar. Beds & pillows were excellent. All they need is hangers for coats and nice clothing. We will be back.

Stayed here for almost 2 weeks staff was very helpful and kind rooms were very clean with modern amenities love the shower.

Oct 2023 still here checking out in a bit. Love this inn, nice big rooms, big pillows lol, big towels, newly renovated rooms, washrooms are really nice big shower head lots of hot water. No blow dryer and tv channels are limited but other than that I would highly recommend this inn.Nearby activities: Bala cranberry festival

The Dudley Inn is a gem. The rooms are very tastefully equipped, and the bed and bedding is so comfortable you don't want to get up. Great value for money.

We had a great experience! We have family that rents a cottage in Bala every summer so we were looking for somewhere to stay nearby. The Dudley was beautifully renovated, clean, has large rooms and our room was well stocked. It's a great location only a few minutes drive from Bala. They also have a fire pit and supply firewood. Management was available and responsive. We will definitely return!

Spent two nights in Bala in August and chose The Dudley Inn for our accommodations. What a great find! The new owners have done a great job of renovating this quaint little motel. The rooms were very inviting with tasteful furnishings, comfy beds and completely renovated bathrooms. With the location you are four minute drive into Bala and a short drive to Port Carling and the Muskoka region. We would definitely stay here again if we needed accommodations in the area. Great spot!
