I recently visited this store and it was my first time using Shell. Karan in the store helped us with Airmile's offer and was very kind. He also helped me get my Airmiles and Shell app linked to get good offers on gas for regular use.

I wish I could give this zero stars, but I can't. My boyfriend called to ask if they were hiring, and some indian on the other side of the phone who answered laughed at him and said "haha no chance, bye." Probably the most unprofessional place i've ever heard of in Lancaster. Didn't get the chance to ask him for his name, will call the store manager tomorrow when they re-open. What a disgrace.

Emmanuel, this guy was behind the counter when I used the rest room. As soon as I walked out of the door this guy yelled on me and called me back and started blaming me that I took the toilet and don’t clean it after flush. Honestly I didn’t use the toilets, I just brushed my teeth and walked out. In return this guy said it’s not his job to clean the toilets as he is sick of cleaning toilets. It was extremely embarrassing they way he yelled on me to call me back to show me the toilets. He started blaming me for making all the mess in the toilets with toilet paper. Poor poor poor service.

Don't change the water at window washing station , no spill granules, no sanitizer , no paper towels. Poorly maintained. Was surprised they have fire extinguishers at least.

Super friendly! We were driving on our trip home from a week away, and the attendant went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Facilities were very clean as well. Highly recommended.

Convenienly located off Hwy. 401, friendly staff, very openly designed and tidy store. Immaculate washrooms and overall a very satisfying and pleasurable experience.
