Worst experience as we had stopped by to use the restroom at the shop. It was past midnight and when enquiring, we weee told that the restrooms were closed past 11 pm by policy. Which is fine, but when I asked where I could find the next closest one, the response was “oh, that’s not my problem!” What an attitude? This occurred on the night of 10th May!! Such a rude response!!

While stopping for fuel at the adjacent Shell gas station, hubby and I decided to visit this Circle K to redeem for free Arizona iced tea that he had one while playing the tic-tac-toe game on promotion. Unfortunately, they did not have the Arizona iced tea that we were looking for. This location offers coffee, hot food items, such as breakfast sandwiches, hotdogs, chicken tenders, and burgers.Washroom requires a key for access but is clean.

Very bad experience: the manager at the store was very rude and keep looking at me when I was trying to shop, like why would I try to steal if there are cameras everywhere. Karen lady if you see this get better customer service thanks?.

Staff is very rude especially to the younger customers, sometimes over priced, and generally a really bad experience. The ladies in there are very disrespectful and should work on their communication skills.

We have lived in Baden for almost 14 years and we find the staff here to be friendly and accommodating. The owner is very nice and very approachable. They always seem to be rearranging items throughout the store to make it more accessible and easier to find. I honestly don't know why their score is so low on Google reviews. I, personally, and my family have never had a poor interaction with them, even when a mistake has been made. 5 stars and a few ?????

I have lived in baden 15yrs been going to this store for 8 yrs if not everyday for sure every second day back in Jan i noticed that the cashier over charged me twice 3$ too much 2 seperate times anyways went there to explain the cashier i think chantel starts yelling at me saying am wrong so i pulled my online banking and showed her she refused to look at it meanwhile belittled me in front of customers so i i left mad and never went back 3 days ago i did and spoke with manager to this day i havent heard sqawt from them i showed her proof and left my number nothing not even an apology thats fine half my family lives in baden. We will go to the other store from now on it probably doesn't matter to them anyways the other girl that works there is just as ignorant good way to run a business
