got my tires swapped here. they lost my middle cap for my rim. i noticed as soon as i got home, went back very next morning and they basically just shrugged it off. i then had to go purchase a new one for $35. i think they should pay for it, but hey, thats just my opinion...

Honest work at fair prices. They keep you in the loop about what’s going on and where the costs come from. They’ve also let me come in midday twice when I had an emergency. They’re also open to admitting when they have several theories about what’s wrong with the car.

I tried to use this business and sat outside for over an hour and a half waiting for them to see mine and my boyfriends car after being told it would be taken in at 2 for a quick look. It’s now over an hour and a half later and still sitting outside. Disgusting customer service
