“I am so impressed with their Customer Service. I had called in April and was put on a waiting list for a COVID-19 vaccine. They warned me it could be two months or more. They called me sooner than expected and politely asked if I was able to get vaccinated elsewhere. Yes, luckily, I got my first vaccination about 3 weeks ago. I live in London but would love to be their customer if I lived closer. Thank you for being friendly and professional - stay safe!”
