I took my Mercedes with Airmatic suspension to Frank's shop because it wouldn’t raise. The initial customer service was great, which is why I gave two stars. I explained the issue and brought my own part for installation, which was reasonably priced, but I felt overcharged for a simple diagnostic—about $400—especially since I had already detailed the problem.
When I picked up my car, I was told it was leveled and ready, BUT the Airmatic suspension still wasn’t functioning properly. The lift button on the console didn't work, and the system was throwing a malfunction code. I wasn’t informed about this until after I paid. They also mentioned they didn’t have the tools to calibrate the system correctly.
I ended up taking my car to my regular mechanic three hours away to get it fixed properly. While the staff were nice at Frank’s, I recommend seeking service elsewhere for high-end vehicles like Mercedes or BMW’s when it comes to more intricate problems.

Absolutely amazing experience! I am glad I found a local shop that is honest and very helpful and is always willing to go the extra mile to help make sure everything is running smooth! Will be taking all my business here from now on. The only regret I have is not finding them sooner. Justin was super friendly and courteous and talked to you like you mattered. 100% recommend these guys!

Very clean place. Great atmosphere. Honest service. My new go to place for our vehicle repairs. Even oil changes are cheaper than jiffy lube or those insta oil change places. Check out this place.

franks auto installed lowering springs on my ford explorer st, I had no issues with this, it was done in a resonable amount of time.then I had them do the alignment, when i called at end of day to see if everything was done they said they could not align the rear tires to spec, they were at a -2 camber, I asked if they knew about the upper control arm bolt connected to the frame(you loosen that and then you can get a proper alignment), they said they did and they know how to align lowered vehicles.So i paid and left.2 weeks later I went to aylmer tire craft, told them the situation and asked if they could align it properly, they said they would look at it (for free) and if they thought they could align it properly they would book me in.long story short aylmer tire craft booked me in and got the car aligned to proper specs.I messaged franks auto about the situation, and to see if i could get some kind of a refund for the alignment since there mechanic couldnt align the car properly, I can see they saw my message, but did not respond...Service: Steering & suspension repair

Great Proffesional service, fair pricing. They were happy to squeeze me in same day for a/c diagnostics on my truck,and even provided a loaner vehicle which was unexpected and a huge help.Happy to have them work on my vehicle, and will definitely be back with future repairs.
