New location, same great staff! I've been in a few times with some plumbing needs (no Gerald, that's not a euphemism) and each time I was helped very quickly. Excellent customer service!!

We love our experiences here and at the building centre! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. There is always someone handy to answer questions and find what we need.We don't seem to find that kind of service at other hardware stores.

Ordered item (online-only) and picked up in store 6 days later. Young member helped me find the other supplies I needed and was very helpful. Big new store with lots of room in the aisles.

I love this location! Everyone is friendly; parking is easy. They have a propane tank exchange and freezers filled with M&M Meats products.

Came in with my family including my newborn daughter and was told by Rachel that backpacks aren’t allowed in the store, it was not a backpack it was a diaper bag very clearly, greatly soured my experience since I need to bring my diaper bag with me with a newborn
