The pharmacy is very good with everything! I mean, the reception of the family doctor at work this morning is so bad, she's very rude, It's all our joke! she is not a bridge between doctors and patients, she is the one who makes the clinic lose the patients......

Great experience!! Booking for COVID shot online was smooth and seamless. At the pharmacy Jeffrey was prompt; professional; and super-friendly. (Actually enjoyed something I usually dread ;) Thanks so much for upholding excellent service!!

This pharmacy is amazing. They provide an unbelievable level of service. Every question is answered kindly and thoughtfully, and nothing is too much trouble. After enduring many years of questionable and often unfriendly service at Shoppers Drug Mart, the Wellness Pharmacy is a welcome change. My only regret is that I didn’t switch over sooner.

Wellness Clinical Pharmacy is the best. All of the pharmacists are knowledgeable and very caring. Dr Jiang is a wonderful doctor - always prompt, helpful and proactive. So glad we switched over to this pharmacy / clinic.

I had a PCR covid test done here for travel and I got the result within 24 hours. Booking was easy and getting the sample was done in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Ye was nice and friendly!

This review is for the reception. I would have give 0 star if there is an option for me. Called on November, reception told us that doctor Jiang is accepting new patients, and had us left our information. For weeks we didn’t get the call back, when we called, we kept having an answer that they will call us back, we called again around December 20th, the lady told us, for sure they will call us back before the holiday. And then no, they did t call. We called again last week, another lady told us she will call us back next day for sure. And guess what? No calls.. I tried to call them today and guess what?! They blocked my number! How did I know? Coz I called 2 times with my phone and the line was busy and then I used another phone to call, the lady picked up the phone right away! She just told us that we are in the waiting list without even ask our information! Well good luck running the business with this messed up reception.

My family and I previously have dealt with Shoppers Drug Mart for years. I found the service not so customer service oriented anymore and prices just kept going up. I became a number to them. After having a Covid test done by the Wellness Pharmacy, I was overwhelmed with their friendly service. They seem genuinely interested in the well being of every patient/ client and take the time to talk you through your medication as well. I recommend them to everyone. They give you the both of best worlds. Very knowledgeable service and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns even via email. But you are treated as a person not just a number.
