Vision centre Aurora the optometrist called NILOU , she is doing her job fantastic, professionally, excellent customer service and care ! I wish all people would be able work and care like her about people.She is not only kind and very professional but also great taste to tell customer what’s best for them .she take her time patiently to explain and also trained me about my concerns.I will go back to her and offer her to everyone who wants best for vision health .thanks to NILOU to do her best .Good luck To her.

We have been in this store every week for a long time, My husband needs the electric cart he spent two and a half months in hospital last year and he needs an electric cart, fout times lately the thing ran out of battery power so he had to rely on just pushing the shopping cart that I had filled and he is so weak that it is hard for him to get out of the store. Maybe better batteries should be used. We have been there every week since he has been able to get out a bit we spent $178.00 today and when the cart ran out of battery he pushed the buggy to the huge line up we do use self check out period. I went to customer service to ask if someone could open up another cash register as there was only one being used. The girl at the cash register had finished with the customer she had the receipt was out of the register and all she needed to do was hand him his receipt. I told her that there is only one cashier open and my husband is crippled I couldn't say anything else she just started to yell at me and tell me how rude I was and I told her that if a cashier isn't open I will just leave and go home she said please yourself. I went back to my husband and said lets leave and just then a nice girl came and opened up and so we went to her and cashed out. That girl made the statement that she didn't know where all her coworkers are or what they are doing I agreed with her and said they are doing nothing. That will be the last time I will be shopping at walmart I will go to super store from now on. Thanks for my new mastercard but you can be assured I will not be using it anywhere. We have spent around $200.00 every week for a while now the girl that is on the cash in customer service should go work in a factory where she doesn't have to deal with people that are already upset because of a problem they are having I think the girl that came and opened up heard her yelling at me. I won't be back period.

What a horrible experience today. I went in today trying to find Lego for my son. The toys were a mess and I couldn’t find a price for any of the Lego he picked. I went to a “find the price” stop and it wasn’t working. I had to go looking for an employee with a price gun.
The produce was awful. Moldy berries, brown bananas, mushy plumbs, rotten grapes etc
I didn’t get food because of it.
I went to the cash and there were only 2 cashiers open. 6 people in each lane all either elderly or disabled. It is unacceptable that they had to wait as long as they did.
I went to self check out and 6 staff there. 3 were just chatting with each other.
1 was just standing around and the other 2 were actually working 1 with a costumer and 1 cleaning the tills.
On the way out I saw another 4 employees 2 and 2 just standing around chatting.
I just can’t believe the awful service. The prices weren’t good either.
On top of this they don’t even bag for you. I understand bringing your own bag but bagging your own? A weeks order of groceries when you have 3 kids with you and you are expected to bag your own?!
I will never go back. Do better Walmart

If I could give this Walmart no stars I would. They should absolutely fire their manager for not being on time to open the store. 7am is the advertising time it is open. After waiting some extra time to get in once I was ready to check out there was no person at a till. Leaving self check out up to the customer!! I've lived in the area for over 5 years and watched this Walmart just dive right into the ground. The previous visit I did manage to get through a check out with a person, as I was checking out she didn't bag the bags that we pay for and she just stood there on her phone! I wish farm boy opened earlier!

The people that "work" at this Walmart are horrendous and if it wasn't 2023 where every company is happy to have "just anybody" work, they would all be unemployed. They act like they are unemployed anyways. The store is a mess. Literally. Nobody lifts a finger to clean. If you need help finding anything, good luck. You'll be met with attitude as if "how dare you expect me to do anything while working here". Their customer service is also horrible. If Walmart head office did a quality control visit to this location, most staff would be fired. We drive a little further to the Newmarket walmart on Davis where everyone is pleasant and you aren't needlessly stressed shopping at their store.

You have to use self checkout as the casher was off duty, there was no cashier to check you out. The lineup at the self checkout was over 15 deep!!!
