He went over with me explaining everything needed to be done, he managed to order a rental car for me and also he kept me informed on how to work progress.”

“I just passed by Car star doing my lunch break walk and I came across with Mohammed and Sonny. I told them about my windshield both are so friendly and asked me to bring my car in and they will take it off. I went and took my car not even 10 mins they took the sticky/glue and another staff assisted as well did not get his name.I am so grateful as they did not charge me at all, they are so friendly I appreciate their great work and excellent customer service. “I just wanted to publicly thank PHILIX TOWING YORK REGION for their help this morning . I was having a ruff morning rushing and I somehow accidentally locked my keys in my car . As I was waiting for CAA to come , a very nice man named Larry came out of no where to my rescue and within minutes he was able to get me access for me to go back into my vehicle . during the process he said to me call back CAA to cancel the service, and he also had me stay in his truck so that I can stay warm while he opened my car door. Wow…he was my true guardian angel this morning !!!!!! As, I was just about to pay him for his services he told me that he’s giving me an early Christmas gift and that I should pay it forward . Thank you so much Larry I appreciate you so so much and your kind gestures! We need more people like Larry . Imagine with the inflation prices and everything going up .. money wasn’t all to him and I’m sure he has a family he needs to provide for ????”

“UPDATE:

I'm writing to update my original review. The mechanic was very responsive and worked hard to get my car finished as soon as he could. The alignment was off when we went to pick it up but they promptly re-did it. Despite the long wait, I'm very satisfied with all the work that was done as it seems to have solved the major mechanical issues we were experiencing, and they were able to work within our budget, sourcing used parts where possible. Thank you!

I've been very disappointed with the service at this shop. My Rav4 has been in the shop for 32 days now, and despite numerous calls and messages, I have yet to receive an accurate response or any meaningful update on the status of my vehicle. Communication has been extremely poor, and I feel left in the dark. I expected better customer service and timely updates.

Can someone please provide me with an update on my vehicle?”

“Doyles Towing is an excellent towing organization!!! The specialist was outstanding and proficient. Entirely proficient and a delight to manage. Presumably the best tow administrator I have at any point managed. I would strongly prescribe him and in spite of the fact that I desire to at absolutely no point ever need a tow in the future assuming I do, I need the expert and Doyles Towing Services. I want to rate him 5 stars!”
