We’ve been going to Tirecraft for years. Adrian always provides excellent customer service and the mechanics are quick and efficient. If there needs to be a delay for parts delivery, we are always kept up to date with info.

I had another great experience at Tirecraft Aurora today. I love that the place is so clean. I am also impressed by how big the shop is. Apparently, they do much more than tires. I was there for a safety inspection a couple of months ago.I had lost my key to the tire lock last week. I asked if I could go through the car in the shop myself when they could not find it in my car. Adrian, the service advisor and the technicians were all very empathetic and courteous. I was embarrassed but had to book another appointment.I love that they use new bags for my summer tires. I just don't like the idea of moving dusty tires afterwards. Great attention to details. Thanks again Tirecraft Aurora!
