“I bought and installed 7 or 8 sets of winter tires from this shop for different vehicles (cars, SUVs, trucks) in the past 5 years. Every time I go in last second, when there is snow and ice on the ground, and they manage to order what I need and install either the SAME DAY or within the next few. The pricing is better than from other shops that my friends try to "show off" with that they got a great deal! Highly recommended!”

“We had a small tire and rims that belongs to a 20 years old lawnmower. We visited two tire shop where they couldn’t install the tire on the rims due to its small size but once we found Robs tire and auto a very friendly mechanic named Hatton installed the tire for us in less than 2 minutes because he had the adjustable machine. They charge us very reasonable price which I was surprised. I will definitely recommend Rob’s tire and auto.”

“I have been a customer at this location for the past 6 years - they have never disappointed! I purchased 2 complete sets of tires within this time frame & have always received member discounts. Costco is by far the most cost effective place for tires! I also love that they do complimentary rotations, tire inspections, repairs & balancing. I have never used them for oil changes - only tires.Contrary to the other reviews, I have had no issues with the customer service. They have always been polite, receptive, very helpful & informative when I've purchased new tires, when I needed the tire pressure to be checked or if I needed tire inspections. They're a little busy, yes, but I have yet to see a Costco Tires & a Costco not busy in this day & age.In the garage, Paul & Matt have been my go-to technicians - they always provided great advice & have been super helpful. At the front desk, Francesca & Jiselle are super stars! These ladies know their tires boy!! And they have always been super kind & friendly to me! Thank you all for your help & service!!”
