The staff here is amazing. They have an excellent selection of treats and toys and dog food. Rens is an excellent place and I would definitely suggest visiting it for your puppy or cat.

I was there with my cat yesterday. She was changing behavoiur kin of and we were worried. Bianca ( Hopefully I say it right) did above and beyond and she suggested different foods which our cat loves them and started eating after 2 days. I definitely go back to say thank you personally and it is my favorit pet place now.

Bad service. I actually have been going to this store for over 2 years. But will not go anymore! It’s not a big deal but I’m not happy about the service.
The cat food I bought was marketed as get 1 to get a free wet food. When I got to checkout, the girl told me that I can actually get this bag for free because I have collected enough points or whatever for it. So I said sure just use the points. Then I asked for the wet food. She told me I can’t have it cause I got it using my points. Then I ask her to undo it and I’ll pay for it. She said I can’t!! What the problem with returning it and re checkout???
There was another customer waiting. I didn’t want to hold up the line. Overall the free wet food is nothing, but overall experience is bad. Won’t go anymore and I’m glad I used all the points at the last purchase!

I can always find what I need, and if I can't, the friendly staff are always ready to help. Staff are great with my dogs too!

Very clean store and very nice staff. They have a big section, like 3 aisles, of dog toys, lots of dog jackets and large variety of harnesses, leashes and collars. Big freezers with all the raw food stuff and tons of stuff for cats as well. They have stuff for other pets like birds and hamsters but not as much as for dogs and cats.

Had little time to shop found what I was looking for and was out quickly.The young lady at cash very pleasant, but couldn't get a gift receipt to come up which wasn't a big deal for me.
