Whatever your problem may be, stay away from Dr. K. Horri. He is a very rude, aggressive, and unprofessional physician.He does not care about the well being of his patience, as he emotionally traumatized me. I feel devastated, and abused. He is a horrible doctor, with apparent mental issues. He should not be a family doctor at all. Stay away from this idiot.

The wait time to see the doctor is extremely long, the receptionists don't know anything about professionalism and are rude. I do not recommend this clinic at all. They make you to get your prescription from their own pharmacy and try to do business. They don't care about the patients.

The price of drugs in this pharmacy is almost double. It happened a couple of time that I got the same thing almost half price in other drug store. They also do not care about the expiration date on the package. So if you have to buy from them double check the price and the expiration date.

Can't recommend this clinic to anyone. I've received horrible service from the woman on the reception. I called to make an appointment for my 2 years old son but I was told that I can come at any time I want and no appointment is needed. But when we came it appears that we have to wait for hours because I didn't make an appointment. And on question to the receptionist why did you tell me like that she replied that because I said that it was my first time at the clinic. But it was a lie, she even didn't ask me about this. And she easely could find me in the system after. So it means I have been there before and have a family doctor. Actuall all members of our family were there and sign documents with the doctor Koroush Horri.. But she was looking at me and just lying. Then I was told by our doctor Koroush that if my son does the test on Saturday, then result will come on Monday and he will call us with the next steps. On Monday nobody called. I called at the end of the day and I was told that the clinic didn't get our result. Next day, today I called again and I've heard the same answer. So I asked the staff of clinic to call to the lab and ask about the result. Aparently the did it because after few minutes they called me back and told me that my son's result is ready and the doctor will call today. And guess what?.. right, nobody call. So my son has a fever 38 and it has been 3 days since we are waiting for the next steps from our doctor. They just don't care!

Very rude assistant on the phone . Very unprofessional, she must be upset with her life that she acts this way. Couldn’t believe the hostility I received . Definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone . Would give 0 Stars if I could.

Yo, I don't usually go all out with my stars, but MultiCare Pharmacy in Aurora deserves a shoutout! I mean, 3 stars is usually my way of saying "good job, you did what you're supposed to do," but Dr. Khosrow and his team definitely went above and beyond. They're like the superheroes of pharmacies, always there to help their patients in any way they can. So yeah, if you're in Aurora and need some pharmacy assistance, give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed!Keep in mind this review is only for the pharmacy and not the clinic and its receptionists?

Drs and Pharmacists are great but the language barrier can be a problem with the front desk. They only speak Farsi and seem to mistreat the patients that don’t. They are always extremely rude and unprofessional towards my family (English speakers only) but when someone walks in speaking Farsi, it’s a different story. It’s a shame you have to deal with these ladies before seeing the Healthcare providers who are always helpful, friendly and willing to provide a good service

Very friendly staff I didn't even wait for long to see the doctor. Such a warm and positive atmosphere I'm not going nowhere else but there from now on. Shout out to the pharmacy team you guys are doing an amazing job.
