Recall repair was completed promptly. Friendly staff. Customer parking is virtually non-existent. Charged $190 to diagnose a problem with the heated steering wheel and quoted over $5,000 to repair the issue. Ford's parts have become ridiculously expensive. We love our Ford Edge but the cost to maintain it has become an issue.

Good experience. We went to buy a new truck, which can be a nervous experience since it's such a big purchase. However, we received such pleasant and nice service from Chris, our sales consultant, and Andrew, the sales manager. We ended up buying the new truck and have been happy with our purchase so far so we wanted to extend our sincere thanks!

I brought my ten day old Explorer to them because of an issue with the window (purchased from a different dealer). They brought me right in to the shop, gave me a coffee, communicated clearly about what was going on with the vehicle and even gave me a voucher for a car wash! Excellent service with super friendly staff and a beautiful showroom.

Don’t buy a used vehicle or any thing in fact from here. Was told my loan wouldn’t be approved unless I bought an extended warranty, first flag for them to do something not right. Now I’m being told, I’m not allowed bringing my truck here because I questioned a shady service they provided? And that them telling the customer to bring it to the quick lanes for service, when all I wanted was for someone to look at my auto stop feature that was failing? Being told it can be a couple of days to look at it? Service department needs to take care of their customers and not say “it is what it is”. Tony and his sales team should be ashamed and Peter the service manager needs to take control.
***Update: called them and was transferred to Tony, of course it went to voicemail, never called back.
Just be cautious when buying a used vehicle from them, the exhaust was sprayed over to hide the rust, after driving it for 11 months less than 20k km, the muffler and exhaust broke apart, picture in review, and now the bolts connecting it all are rusted out and need to be cut to removed to replace the gasket and make good.
