Superstore in Aurora has the best pharmacy experience. My prescriptions are filled in a timely fashion Flora. Make sure my dates on my medication for the med packs are clear and in order every time I pick up. I totally appreciate the extra time that they take filling my Medi packs. If you have any questions, Donna manager or the Superstore Pharmacy, always answers any questions or concerns that I may have? They also look to make sure your current prescriptions and any new prescriptions don’t have interactions with each other.
Thank you, Donna Flora for making my experience pleasant each time I come in.

I've shopped at Loblaws for years but I believe it's time to find another store to do my shopping. The prices have gone through the roof. They use tricky price hikes and if you want to use a cart that works you will need to scour the parking lot and try approx 1-4 carts before you find one with all 4 wheels that turn.I would think with what they charge for food etc and the daily price hikes they may have a few bucks to put into customer satisfaction. They just don't seem to care. That's unfortunate.

The saff of this Aurora Pharmacy in the Supercenter is amazing. Donna and her team can’t do enough for their customers. Nothing is too much trouble and we are always greeted with smiles. They are so efficient and competent. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. My two babies were sick and doctor perscibed my daughter 250mg with 5ml and my son 125 mg with 5ml. And thank god that my husband confirmed with her that our son has the less concentrated dose, other wise the pharmacist would have not known the difference. Then she took it back and came back said they were out of the 125mg so instead she just changed the label to 2.5ml (to take half of the dose). Well I guess it does somehow make sense. But why didn’t the doctor prescribe it like that instead?!
Anyhow, then for some reason the insurance woidlnt go through for our daughter and we were there for about an hour for them to figure everhtjing out. At the end, we had to pay the full for our daughter and sumbit the Claim manualling.
Then I get a call the next day, the pharmacy said I didn’t pay for the medication. But I am 120% sure we did, it came up to $77 something and thecard went through. And she insisted that we didn’t pay. Then 3 hours later we get a car from her again, she said she made a mistake that we did pay and She thought we didn’t due to some misunderstanding in her end. And she’s said the reason the insurance didn’t go through for our daughter because the name was misspelled.
Sigh. However, it was the worst experience I e had at a pharmacy. And it’s wasn’t even busy and she messed up a lot of things. And not try to be rude but her hair/wig was extremely messy like she had a rough night. So I don’t think I will trust her with any of our medications, especially that I had to check it my self.
