Absolutely TERRIBLE experience here with Jack Mattson and his management team. Not surprised to see so many 1-star reviews here. Absolutely awful customer service, not to mention that they offered $3000 to $5000 less for my trade than 5 other dealers. Even though this place is 5kms from my home, I would travel 100kms to avoid it. Not to mention all of the business they are going to lose as we buy 2 or 3 vehicles per year, plus all of our clients.
Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this dealership.

My husband and I travel from Kitchener to look an advertised used car and we had a good experience since we walk in, is a very “welcome” place and very good service they explain all we need to now so we bought a suv! Thank you Greg you were amazing and also Brooks de sales manager was great!

I was always a Ford guy until I walked into Highland Chevrolet where I met with Jansan Yang(salesperson) who walked me through the process and told me all the pros and cons of choosing the best vehicle for my work. Everyone at the Highland Chevrolet was extremely helpful and made the process of buying my vehicle very easy. I shopped around for pickup trucks but none of the other dealerships came close to Highland Chevrolet’s price or customer service. If you want to buy a Chevrolet or GMC, go to Highland Chevrolet and thank me later.

I have now purchased my 13th vehicle (not all for me..?) from Greg Grant at Highland GM in Aurora. You won't find a more trustworthy and thoughtful sales professional in the business. I have never been sold a lemon in 13 deals. I still remember my first car purchase, a used Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. Loved that car and every one since then. Thanks Highland GM and my long standing car guy Greg for your continued exceptional service.

Great experience purchasing a new vehicle at Highland GM. I dealt with Greg who was very helpful and accommodating as I had to travel from north of Barrie to purchase. I would recommend Greg to anyone considering a new vehicle purchase. Thanks to everyone at Highland GM!

AWFUL-customer service, Irresponsible, unaccountable.
I ordered a Corvette 2024 on Jun 2023, been waiting for almost a year. Finally have received a call from dealership that it’s ready, long story short, the colour was ordered wrong by “General manager” , white as oppose of red, I was shocked, trying to be understanding and told her “mistakes happen” She gave me 3 options 1/ they wrap the car!!!! 2/I place a new order and wait for another 4 months! 3/ get 3-5 k discount and take the white car.
I needed some time to think and left , tried to reach her over the phone the next day, was put on hold by receptionist and was told she will get back to you, she never did. The same story the day after,I felt something is not right, went in person and found out they SOLD THE CAR. Without my consent.
When I asked why, she told she ASSUMED I did not want the car.it could take 1 min call to confirm with me and she did not do that.
Plus she did not answer my phone call twice.
Went in person to talk to owner, he/she was not available. I was put in a room to talk to someone else, happened to be one of CFUs!!!??
He offered me to take a lease back 2021 corvette for summer for $2000 monthly rent and reorder my car for next 4 months!!
To get it straight, I will be paying $8000 and get a $5000 discount, so they are charging me $3000 net plus another 4 months wait for THEIR MISTAKE.
GOOD LUCK if you’d like to have any business with these guys
