Usually the owner is there which is good but sometimes there's a disabled college student who refuses to move from his seat. If he's there he will not sell products to you that require him to move. Honestly I'm not sure why either but he wouldn't open a box of white fox's that was right in front of him. Less than useless.

don't come here. everything is over priced and not allowing the customer use the washroom. actually I'm buying things here, and he told me go to the subway or pizza hut. lol what a cheap person. will never be here again!!!

Literally the worst dry cleaning and alteration services. Everyone should stay away!!! You will thoroughly regret getting your stuff altered here as they will completely butcher it. Please save your money and go someone else.

Purolator sent my package here for pickup. Purolator receipt said location was open mon-sat 8:00am-11:00pm. Showed up at 8:00am store was closed. Sign in front of the store said open at 9:00 am. Returned again at 9:00am and store was still closed. Not reliable location for shipping and receiving.

To the owner of the store. Thank you for making my day. I just popped by after being out of town for over a month and you greeted me with open arms! Thank you so much for remembering me. Most stores I go to don't even remember me, even when I was there the day before. Very friendly, happy individual, always putting customers first. Probably one of the nicest stores available... where do i begin? First off the younger gentleman with the dark framed glasses ensured that I was satisfied with my purchase, as I had came back to the store after realizing my product was damaged. With open arms, no hesistation, and happy smiles, he gladly exchanged the item for me. Ever since then, I have always came here for little things, when the grocery stores were closed. Great guy, very friendly, and dedicated to providing for the customers. Thank you for being a great person, and continuing to put smiles on your customers faces!

I ask for different item and the cashier just scan wrong item and cash me out and he was not accepting he made a mistake and wont refund or exchange.their prices are much much higher than other stores.

Very rude. Very blunt. VERY IMPOLITE. Very poor customer service. I think he is experiencing some kind of stress and should take a break from work. Twice I have been there picking up Purolator parcels, twice he hehaves the same way. ?
