Our sales rep name was DC, and he was very informative and knowledgeable about the type of mattress that best suited our needs. He was very patient and spent nearly 1.5 hr with us as we tested out the various options. Ultimately we feel very confident we made the right choice on mattress selection. During the entire process DC was very honest and provided full transparency on the costs, etc... there were no surprises at the end when paying for the invoice.
