I usually go to Aquila and she is excellent- she does my hair styling exactly the way I want it - My sons haircuts are also usually done by Aquila and is always done really well
I have gone to Christina as well- and is is also really good
overall, they are very friendly and pleasant

I asked them to give my son a simple trim because his bangs were too long. The lady literally hacked his hair and it looks hacked. We kept asking her to stop she kept saying she wasn’t done yet. Simply put I will never step foot in the place again.

I sent my husband with my daughter to get just a simple trim of her bangs and her hair and it was a complete hack job. He said Aquila was her name. My daughters’ bangs are inexplicable, and it’s the week before she goes onstage for her first play. I have no idea how this hairdresser even managed to mangle her bangs so badly. Never again.

Hair type: Mid-Length curly hair.
Stylist: I go to the Aurora location often for a wash and blow dry. Aquila has styled my hair most often and is really great at smoothing out my curls and giving volume to my hair. The stylists in this location are always welcoming and do a great job!

Alika did my hair color, and I showed them a photo of the color I wanted. She initially asked if I wanted a base color, and based on the photo, I said yes. They proceeded to bleach my hair, but the product burned my scalp. Afterward, they used a color much lighter than what I had shown in the photo and tried to convince me it was fine. Eventually, they changed it to a darker shade as I requested. The next day, when I returned for highlights, she insisted I not tell her what color to use. I referred to the photo again, but when she finished, the result was nowhere close to what I had asked for. If you can’t attain the colour shown, please say so at the beginning. Altogether is paid $265, and the result I am not happy with..

I took my son to get a common hair cut.. shaved on the sides and a couple inches left on top to be able to comb over.. while She was shaving the sides, it looked great. Then before I could say anything She took the razor to the top of his head as well!!! It was completely uneven. Therefore I had I take it down even shorter to even it out myself.
My son now has a shaved head. . It's the worst haircut He has ever gotten.

MY 1st time at this location since I don't live in the area. Dropped car off at the dealership. While walking at the local plaza I saw the sign for FCH, walked in. Short wait, less than 5 minutes. Josephine was very attentive and focused on making sure her trimming was perfect and even. I don't get that from my local FCH where I live. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in the area and need a trim, and hope she's working that day. I prefer only one person do my naturally curly hair, for consistency.
