Refused to do exchanges despite no customers in the store out of pure laziness. The clerk asked us to do it at another location and seemed to be power tripping. As a regular customer who spends thousands of dollars a year for movie sets this was extremely frustrating. Will have to take business in the future to another company due to this experience.

I had an unpleasant experience at this Dollar Tree location. I asked the cashier for a bag, and while it's understandable if she didn’t hear me the first time, the situation escalated unnecessarily. When I politely asked for a bag again, she insisted that I hadn’t requested one. I calmly explained that I had and even offered to pay for it, yet she continued to argue with me instead of just resolving the issue. To make matters worse, she proceeded to inform the next two people in line about the situation, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary.
I patiently waited for the bag, and when she finally handed it to me, I again offered to pay, but she refused. Her attitude throughout the interaction was rude and condescending, making the entire experience uncomfortable. Customer service should be about helping, not arguing or making the customer feel embarrassed. This was disappointing, and I hope management addresses this issue to improve their service.

Cashiers are like they don't lile to put effort to speak! They prefer to only look at you instead! (Or even not look at you at all)

Staff is super helpful and nice. Went there yesterday and they had a great selection that was well organized. The young cashiers customer service was amazing and he was very friendly and efficient.

I like the place, but it is a little disorganized. Prices are pretty good. They have Coke products whereas the competition only has Pepsi. Parking is okay. Selection isn't as good as it used to be.

Always short staffed, which is understandable. But when you know Saturday is your busiest day you should make it so you don't do balloon walk in orders that take forever. Take preorders for pick up on Saturday.
Super long line of people waiting on someone to pick all their balloons and fill them up *eye roll* there has to be a better system.

It was great, alot of things for only $1.50. More selective items than dollar store. Good customer Service Experience. Thank you. We're most definitely going back there.
