The owner is very friendly and accommodating. However, at the end of the day, it all comes down to product quality. The selection in the humidor is limited. The main reason for the two stars is that I have purchased a dozen or so different cigars from this establishment lately, and they all have cracked and peeled when smoked. They have all crumbled upon cutting them. This tells me they are dry. This humidor needs humidity tuning and perhaps better circulation. When I buy cigars here, I find that I need to keep them in my humidor for three to five days before I can truly enjoy them. Sorry, just being honest.

I would like to thank Leo for the great hospitality that he provided and the exceptional knowledge that he provided for all types of cigars, blends and brands. This man is very knowledgeable and kind. Don’t be afraid to pick his brain about different cigars, he has a plethora of knowledge about all his products. His humidor is quite large with lots of choices that make you feel like you are in a candy store. The smoking accessories that he provides are also top notch. Him and his staff are very friendly and will sit and talk with you about the tobacco industry.

This is a great family-run operation. Leo knows his stuff & is great to chat with. I’m always offered an espresso or coffee, & I never feel rushed.
The Cigar Vault is a community of aficionados and I love making the trek here from Keswick.

I did not know much about cigars in general up until I visited Cigar Vault. The store owner is always there and always cares for each and every customer in the best professional manner and after few visits and dicussions, I have learned so much about the world of cigars. Great selection of premium cigars, great atmosphere, and of course an outstanding customer service. A role model of how cigar shop should be, simply amazing.

Great selection and service. Other cigar shops don’t take the time to cater to your preferences. Cigar Vault is also good for rewarding loyal customers with first picks to rare cigars.
