What a surprise! I actually met two engaging men at Carstar Aurora. First of all Mohamed Mohamoud and his partner Sonny treated me like I just won the lottery.
In any event they took care of business by ordering parts right away and did all they could to make me feel that my interest only was paramount. The promise from beginning to end Mohamed was courteous, friendly and followed through on anything he promised. Mohamed and Sonny deserve all the accolades that I've put forward. Finally I would have this body shop do any work for myself or anyone I would recommend. Robert Johnson

Mohamed, Sonny and Mo have given me the most pleasant and smooth experience at this vehicle body repair shop. Mohamed always called and updated me right away, Sonny is very experienced and helped me understand the repairs for my vehicle, and Mo was very kind and a 10/10 team player. Thank you team for fixing my 2017 Hyundai Elentra!

Best customer service experience I have ever experienced..being used to a mediocre customer care experiences almost, sadly, most times I was literally blown away by the level of professionalism humanity, kindness and knowledge. My experience started with Mohammed who in my eyes, is the star of this place , who was so kind, knowledgeable and so polite that I immediately knew this is who I want to leave my car with. I never regretted it. Choose them any time guys!! A level above everyone else. Thanks Mohammed and I hope I spelt your name right😀

Quick and efficient service. I had bad experiences previously when taking my Honda accord to bodyshops. However the experience here was completely the opposite. Sonny took his time to explain and didn't try to upsell me. I could not recommend these guys enough

The team here at this location, mainly sunny and mohammed are one of the best experiences ive had with a body shop in a long time. My mom had an odd rear end accident with her van and carstar aurora acted fast with open arms to deliver a quality top of the line result on her van. While the van was in the shop the team had a brand new clean and safe vehicle ready for my mom on the day of dropoff and were very accommodating to make sure shes happy with the situation. Would definitely bring a high end vehicle and trust in the team here to deliver a quality satisfactory result every time! There is no question i would definitely be coming here again for a trustable quality body shop service in the future. Thanks again to carstar aurora for being super understanding and making easy work from an odd situation and leading us right back on to a happy path with an even better looking van and a happy mom!

Went here to get a quote for a fender bender and ended up with having them buff off some of the marks for free. Mohamed was great to work with and offered honest pricing.

I brought my 2020 Dodge Ram Rebel in for collision repair and Mohamed and his team were amazing. They were honest, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process of the repairs and how he will be dealing with insurance company (they are a preferred shop). The pick-up looks brand new. They did the repairs and cleaned the entire vehicle. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed.
This place is the best auto collision repair shop I have ever been to.

I brought my Huyndai in this morning with a minor accident I had on the weekend and was a big deal for me. This was the first time going to a body shop. I dealt with Sonny . He was very professional , knowledgeable, and very helpful. He also recommended options for painting my car. I highly recommend CARSTAR in Aurora and ask for Sonny.
