Lack of customer service! Called in and ordered a part that was in stock. Was asked to be there in 40 minutes; I was there in 36 minutes. Had to wait over 38 minutes after informing the front desk with no updates. When I approached for an update, the guy was not at all apperceive or understanding the fact that I have been there over 38 minutes. I left without picking up the part and found it at another scrap yard for cheaper than here. Would be my last resort for parts!

All your car project needs , can be met by this recyclers and they are very helpful. They supply to the GTA but you know me , I drive to you can’t afford a day’s waiting

I needed a subframe for my brother in law's Mini. Mike said he had one but it was on the car . Since it was Friday he thought that I could get it Monday. Friday pm he called to say it was out of the car, in very good condition and ready to be picked up. When my wife and I arrived at the warehouse to pick up the sub 3 workers managed to get it into the back of our compact Chevy .They provided some plastic wrap to protect the interior and offered a rag to clean off some grease I had on my hands. In addition I felt the sub was very reasonably priced. Thanks to all Rod McNair

I had to scrap an old vehicle. Carcone's made this a breeze. A couple of hours after initial phone calls I was out the door, mission accomplished, with fair payment in pocket.

Got a used shock/spring strut for my Infiniti. Perfect, ordered it in in a couple days, called me when it was ready for pickup. New parts very expensive and aftermarket not available. Fair price. Will definitely call them again in the future when looking for used parts.

They even offered me personal delivery that had the part dropped off in less than 24 hours. Amazing, plus backed with a 60 day warranty.Highly recommend. Part worked flawlessly, and looks great.

Amazing customer service. Speedy fair service. Remarkable work. My GTI Rim was heavily curb-rashed, Carcone's fixed it and I cannot even tell which rim had any damage to it at all. Looks brand new! Highly recommended. A+ experience. Thank you

Exceptional service from the team at Carcone's from order to pickup.Their website was up to date, they were able to find me the body part that I needed in the right colour, and it came as advertised. Even if you're not local, it's definitely worth the trip to get quality.Thank you, I will be using Carcone's again if I'm ever in need.
