Brought car in for a routine oil change and wheel alignment for a 9am appointment. I went up to Paul and Lou and another colleague 3-4 times while the car was hoisted and asked what was going on. 3 1/2 hours later they come out and tell me they still haven’t done anything and they can’t put the muffler on. I’m sorry how is it that nothing was done for 3 1/2 hours. How is it possible that nobody communicated or did anything in 3.5 hours while I was sitting right there in reception and having asked several questions to them. Complete waste of time, and didn’t even get the oil change or wheel alignment. Would not recommend.

Went to get my car tires fixed a couple days ago, I came home and the people working on my car had caused big damage while working on it. I went back to explain the situation and they told me it would have a huge cost to fix it, I stated I wouldn't want anything fixed and that I would fix it somewhere else, but they told me that I would have to pay a large fee for making them check the problem they made. Upon this happening the manager treated me with extreme disrespect. I was not the only one in this situation, another lady also had a problem with them causing bigger issues to the car. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED AT THIS LOCATION! they are disrespectful and cannot take accountability for their mistakes.

Try to buy a garden hose today check Canadian tire website is on sale $39.99 but in store is regular price ，but store manager doesn’t want to do the price match said is not store owner fault that’s why they can’t do price match, they are no customer service and scammer

Even minus zero , I took my car toady for auto department , they hit my car today , even the manager checked the camera and he saw it but in a very rude way he answered me we are not going to do anything here, so disrespectful and no manner , worst customer service. So disappointed and made my day very sad ?

**5 Stars – Excellent Service by Lou!**
I recently visited the Canadian Tire store in Aurora to purchase a set of all-terrain tires for my Ram 1500, and I had an amazing experience thanks to Lou. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. Lou answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I fully understood my options. He even booked an appointment that perfectly fit my schedule for tire installation and explained all the benefits of the extended warranty. I couldn’t be happier with the service and expertise he provided. Highly recommend this location and Lou for any automotive needs!

Regarding tire service. Fake warranty.
Note that if you buy and install new tires from Canadian Tire, the warranty they provide is fake. Even if you have a small issue like a small leaking with their tire within one year, they will still charge you for labor and balancing. This brings you to the cost of what any tire shop offers. Fake warranty.
