Fantastic service and helpful team of employees. Units I looked at were clean and the facility is well maintained. Price points seem to be better than whats out there.

NOT IMPRESSED!! Was a customer for a very long time over a couple different periods. Always paid our rent on time...but why pay to store when units are infested with mice and items will just get destroyed anyway... Many items in the unit had to be thrown out anyway because they were covered in mouse urine and feces! No food in our unit! There was no reason for this.. Clearly these units are not very well sealed. Not to mention, drywall tape and mud flaking off the ceiling on our furniture.I requested a call back from someone in charge, naturally...I never heard from anyone. I was hoping they would be willing to make it right, and even return a few months rent to help cover damaged goods. Over the years, over $13000 in storage fees, with no offer to help make it right.We may have signed an agreement, but it was my reasonable understanding that we were getting a clean mouse free unit.
