“I deposited a bank draft which was on hold, I didn’t realize this until the next day when I tried to pay my taxes. I went into the branch and teller said it was a system and there was nothing she can do. I asked to speak with a manager, Ash, and explained to him my situation, (I have been a client at this branch for almost 10 years and have a mortgage with them) , he was extremely understanding and was able to lift the hold for me. I am very grateful for Ash! Because of him I do not have to be penalized for my taxes being late. Thank you Ash for your understanding and being a great manager!”
“On November 22 and 23, I visited this branch to address various issues with my coworker's bank account. A young lady, whose name I'm not aware of, at the counter was exceptionally helpful and respectful. I truly value her positive attitude.
