I've put down a one star because I was unable to leave it at zero star. I'm sorry ladies and gentlemen just awful service! Zero customer service! No follow-up in 9 month's while my mother in laws car was being serviced. We had to out source the part. Ourselves.. 9 month's. Lies and excuses. Do better!! Just awful! I Do NOT RECOMMEND this shop!

Staff is very friendly and took care of everything including rental drop off. They were upfront about a back ordered part and got me in as soon as they had it. It was a repair job after someone rear-ended me. The repairs are fantastic and the paint is blended perfectly.Services: Painting

Had a disgusting experience at assured aurora due to the receptionist Chris. Extremely rude and racist. Treated my family like garbage just because of their accents. I will be filing a complaint to corporate and I also have multiple other people who have experienced the same thing. She was very nice to the white family in front of me but when I came up she talked to me in a very rude manner and even raised her voice. It's disgusting that in this day and age someone is discriminating against others based on the colour of their skin or how they talk. Unacceptable!

The shop did an amazing job on my repairs. You can’t even tell there was any damage! The staff are so helpful and friendly if I ever need repair services again I’ll definitely be a return customer.

Brought my vehicle here to have body damage repaired after an accident, and glad I did. Had the pleasure of being assisted by Henry Cui. He was very professional, and experienced went above and beyond to answer all my questions and ensured my vehicle was repaired in a timely, and prestige manner. Came to get my vehicle fixed from an accident.Spoke with Mike and Chris when dropping off my vehicle saying it will be a quick process. I presented all the damages when I dropped off the vehicle2 weeks laterWhen the adjuster arrived, he stated there was no damage when there is visible damage to the vehicle and you can physically feel the body damage as well.I proceed to receive a email stating both my mirror caps are broken but when they vehicle was dropped off, only one was.They will not cover the fix what they broke. Mike even told me that they broke it when looking at it for the inspection.Mike notified me that they will cover it but not even 12hours later I get another call saying that they won't.I brought my car with some damage to leave with more damage.I regret even thinking of bringing my vehicle here. Intact body shop is the worst and I would stay away from here the best you can.Was promised a lot and received damage.

Use this shop only if you don't care about your car.It took them 3 attempts to fix a tiny dent and paint a scratch on my door.The first time, they attempted to return the truck with more than 15 easily visible dust particles in the paint. Then they attempted to buff it off, covering the entire door in sandpaper scratches. The dent was also not fixed perfectly. After I pointed it out to them, they called my insurance, saying that I am "splitting the hair".It took a few days for an appraiser to get to the shop and tell them that I make total sense on both the scratches and the dent.Then a few days to repaint the door.And again: more dust and more scratches. They ended up buffing the door for 1.5 hours to make it look acceptable. Not sure how much clear coat I have left on it at this point. All this given that I asked them if they could make the car look like it is out from factory, and they promised to do a pristine job.
