“I recently purchased a second mattress from here. Staff were excellent friendly, and helpful.
When I got home with the mattress I realized I had made a mistake. Contacted the store, told them I wanted to return the mattress and purchase the next model up.
Zero issue with the return, processed my new purchase over the phone, and had the delivery truck out two days later to pick up the return and deliver the new mattress.
Delivery guys were also fantastic, helping to deliver a fairly heavy king size while taking care to ensure it wasn't damaged at all through a narrow entry.
I will continue to recommend mattress depot to anyone who is looking for a new bed!”

“Arooj Baig sold us a fridge yesterday and the shopping experience was one of the most positive purchasing experience I have had in a very long time. She was friendly, patient,
knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me select my new appliance. I had planned on doing my due diligence and shop around at other stores but after going in and meeting arooj, I didn’t waste my time. She listened to my families needs and my fridge preferences and helped me select a few fridges and then discussed with me the pros and cons of each one. Arooj made it simple and hassle-free. I had explained that our fridge died the weekend before school started and we were getting by on a mini fridge and freezer and it was getting really difficult, she listened when I said I was really only available on Tuesdays for the fridge delivery. When it turned out that deliveries to my area occur only on Wednesdays, she went and spoke with management and arranged for our delivery to come in 3 days, on the Tuesday! I was expecting to wait a week or two and have to take a day off work.
Arooj has great energy and isn’t high pressure sales; she listened to my budget and stayed UNDER it.
Needless to say this is my new go-to store for appliances.”

“We went to SleepCountry, Fanshawe Rd in London and we really appreciated the support from Ryan Barlow there. Unfortunately we received a Casper Snow hybrid which did not expand fully. A rare problem as we were told. Although there was no issue with the defective mattress being replaced, our model became unavailable and customer service suggested we choose a different mattress. Ryan assured us that SleepCountry would take of us. He suggested we could try a different mattress but he would continue to hunt for a Casper Hybrid king to come back into inventory. The alternative was ‘ok’ but not what we wanted. True to his word, Ryan found us a Casper Hybrid king which we originally ordered and it was delivered yesterday. It is very comfortable and we really like it. Anyway, we will continue to buy our mattresses from SleepCountry as they have great people working there. Thank you Ryan.”

“We were visiting from out of town today and decided to walk in to check it out. Thankfully my sister wasn’t with me because she has scent sensitivities that are no joke resulting in respiratory issues, dizziness, fainting etc. The scent is SO strong when you walk in, which is not something you’re anticipating walking into a home goods store. The worst part was the cash desk is wrapped around the scent station, leaving you no chance to by pass the scent if you want to make a purchase. My husband and I stood in a long lineup at the cash desk nearly nauseous and left after with headaches, it’s horrible. And I just scrolled through many reviews stating the same thing back to ten months ago and nothing has been done about this despite replies saying it would be addressed. Scent sensitivities are very real for many people and this matter should be taken seriously. I didn’t have the heart to give a low star review because the team working were friendly and did not deserve a poor rating. However head office needs to be addressing this and find a better way to display the fragrance line.”
