My husband and I absolutely love everything we have ever bought at Valley Roots from the in-store wraps to the cuts of meat and decadent desserts!! A real gem for Arnprior!!! Not to mention the wonderful and knowledgeable stuff!

Stopped in and got 3 beef tenderloin steaks tonight for a treat, and oh was it ever. Put a very little amount of Montreal steak spice on them and let them rest on the counter for 10 minutes before putting on the bbq. Seared both sides on high for a min each then turned down and let it go for about 8 mins. Turned bbq off and put steaks on top rack to let rest for 5 mins before plating. A perfect med rare. Thanks Barry for providing such quality steaks! They were amazing

Picked up 3lb of reg ground beef for smash burgers ?. They didn’t have any out on display however when I told him what I was making he quickly accommodated with exactly what I was hoping to find. My smashy’s were delicious ?

Today, January 5, 2023, we visited this place for the first time around 13:00 pm. We were introduced by our neighbor. We went inside to check the products in the store. We loved it. After a while, a lady greeted us. She was nice and professional to us, but there were two people behind the second counter who let us down. The way they looked at us and reacted to see us that we were from other planets. They were making fun of us and laughing at us among themselves. They thought that we didn’t notice, but we did notice. We were surprised to see such a scene. Therefore, these people need to be Re-educated and Re-trained about the customer service. We don't feel comfortable going to this store again... "disappointing scene".

Just new to Arnprior and this place is a gem! Sweet little blonde girl helped me each time and she’s so pleasant & professional. Meat and bakery is delish with competitive prices. Definitely my go to.
