I would avoid this place due to extremely bad customer service and interaction.
Had my car towed here for work covered by insurance after an accident. A couple days after being there my insurance agent told me the estimate was approved and parts should be ordered. 4 weeks later I dropped in to get an update. The lady who spoke to me was rude, knew nothing and offered no help. She kept saying they had no approval. It was difficult to remain calm with the way she spoke to me. I called my claims officer and he assured me the estimate was approved and that he would call Reids to follow up. I called Reids a couple days later, got the same lady on the phone who again insisted there was no approval. Again she was rude, offered no help or even to find out what was going. The conversation was frustrating. I called my claims again who said he spoke to Reids and felt they were confused about the aporoval and Reids wanted to do an addition to the estimate. At this point, after reading other reviews, since Reids had done nothing, I asked if it could be taken somewhere else. He agreed.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
We took the car in for insurance purposes after hitting a deer and when we got it back they used more than 200+ KM’s, The gas was completely empty when we literally filled up before driving from renfrew to arnprior, my custom hood decal faded and changed colours, inside of the car wasn’t even cleaned, air conditioner doesn’t work since I got it back which wasn’t even an issue before it was brought in, and much more that needs to be addressed and fixed immediately. This is unacceptable.
My husband has been trying to call since we got the car back over a month ago and NO ONE has called back or answered the phone calls. We have even left messages. Not happy or impressed at all.
EDIT:
Husband tried calling a couple times on Monday with no answer, he tried calling again this morning and got 1 lady on the phone who wanted the invoice number so he had to call back and now can not get anyone again.

This place has the absolute worst customer service ever...
They don't care about their clients at all.They are very, very rude.They only care about their direct Insurance Clients..
If you call to ask a question about a project They're supposed to be doing for you.They don't even take The time to check they just say parts are not in. And we're booked up next week. They really don't care at all to even look at what you're asking.
The lady behind the desk That takes the phone calls is an absolute b$%^+
Even hang up on me because I said they're customer service wasn't good.
I would never use this Place not even through insurance.. They do not deserve to be in business
I had a similar issue with them last year.I shouldn't never try to use them again..

For starters unfriendly, not to mention they completely got my name wrong on the quote (easy name) plus didn't even have the right year for the model of my car on the quote that was well over double what CarStar in Arnprior quoted (recommend them highly as they are the ones that ended up doing the work). CarStar was able to quote me in half an hour as it was urgent and Reid Brothers took a few days...

Excellent service by the staff at Reid Brothers Collision Centre this morning. Required a job to be done on very short notice and everyone made an effort to accommodate our needs. That is what service and reputation is built upon. Top marks to Cathy and Tim! Most appreciated!

I recently had my car worked on here and can not be more happy with the results. Cat and her team were beyond helpful and definitely went above expectations! I would in a heartbeat recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible work but ok customer service. About 6 months after my car was in for repair I've had to replace nearly all the fasteners and screws they used on my front end as they were abysmal quality and kept falling out leaving paneling hanging. They didn't readd any coolant to my car before I picked it up leading to over heating and had a paint chip from prying they didn't fix initially. They fixed the chip after i complained but after seeing how their work has or rather hasn't held up after just 6 months I cannot recommend them.

Got my Honda civic repaired here after having a collision with a deer. The car looks great. Had a minor issue with the hood needing to be slightly adjusted, was fixed on the spot. The gentleman who worked on the car was very knowledgeable about the vehicle even with it being very new.If I unfortunately end up in this situation again I would be going back for repair here again.Service: Body & Trim

Reid Brothers Collision Centre has repaired my vehicle twice now over the years after getting in an accident. My most recent visit I was greeted by a young lady named Emily who was very professional and knowledgeable about the steps and process that would be needed to repair my car. She answered all of my questions and concerns in great detail. The Repair job was great and completed a week before the promised date. Was happy to get not one but two follow up calls from Emily checking in on the work after it was completed.Services: Painting
