Have attempted multiple times to open a couple accounts (both personal and business). The first time, I didn’t realize I needed an appointment so I got told to come back. So I booked an appointment. Showed up at my scheduled appointment time and was told that no, my appointment was in fact at a different time (it wasn’t, I wasn’t available at the time they claimed it was booked for) and told me that I would have to come back the following day. Forget that. If you can’t manage a basic calendar, how can anyone trust you to manage their money? Scotiabank here I come.

Unhelpful and rude. Went in to speak with a rep about getting a mortgage.. she didn't even introduce herself or anything, couldn't have cared less about what he had to say or ask. Very opinionated and just unprofessional. Glad we are moving away because I wouldn't want to have to deal with them again.

They need to take care of property maintenance better. The tree behind the building is hanging way over the Tim's drive thru and has scratched my truck multiple times now.
