Horrible service. I’ve been with this pharmacy for years and they used to be amazing but they’ve seriously gone down hill in the last couple months even. The actual pharmacists are great, but the techs are terrible. If they’re not rude, they just have no idea what they’re doing. I can call in to refill my prescription days in advance and I’ll arrive just for them to say “oh haha, we forgot!” basically. Or they just don’t bother to check the fax machine. And when I do arrive to pick up my meds, they run around like chickens wih their heads cut off trying to find where they put them. Not only that, but I avoid filling more than one prescription at a time like the plague because heavn forbid they have to remember more than one thing at time—they’ll either give me the wrong stuff or something vital will be missing. The amount of times I’ve had to go without medications I absolutely need and have gotten incredibly sick and borderline suicidal from withdrawal because the staff here can’t do the one thing they’re paid to do is insane. I feel like they just don’t take me seriously because my medications are for psychiatric conditions. Mental illness isn’t a “real” illness I suppose, huh? I’m switching pharmacies today because I get chest pain just thinking about making a phone call to refill my prescriptions with these people now. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I am happy as well as proud to have used this local drugstore for Flu shots, COVID Shots,off of the shelf purchases,support braces as well as getting perscriptions filled.Certainly not a frequent visitor until as of late. Howvever the Friendly, Professional , courteous manner in which i have been treated as has my wife (this includes seeing interactions with other customef). I MUST state that each and every experience has been EXCELLENT this due to the whole package of whatever you visit there. Thak you, thank you , thank you. It is always a pleasure to visit the store and when required to interact with the wonderful starr I feel like a close family membercwhen i go there.This is an excellent business that excels in custumer relations and service. Top notch all tbe way!!!

Horrible, horrible service. I used to love this pharmacy. I've been coming here since I was little and they were always good to me, but in the last year since they've been hiring new staff, they've been rude and short with me and consistently get my prescriptions wrong. I have to take several prescriptions for my psychiatric illnesses, one for anxiety and the other for depression and ADHD. I need these pills to keep myself from having severe anxiety attacks and depressive episodes. For almost 2 weeks, I have been completely out of one of my pills due to the incompetence of the pharmacists here. I tried refilling my prescriptions last week, arrived at the store and went home only to discover they only refilled one of them and completely neglected the other. I called up to try and refill the missing one, to which they said "oop, sorry! You're out of repeats for that one! We'll have to fax your doctor, haha! We'll call you back when we get it!" Why didn't they inform me of that the first time I called?! Nevermind completely neglecting to refill it--if you KNEW I was out of repeats, why didn't you tell me that?! I waited a week maybe over a week to hear back...Absolutely nothing. So I had to call my family doctor this morning...he heard nothing from the pharmacy. He said he would fax Guaridan Pharmacy right away. I waited until this afternoon and heard nothing, so I called the pharmacy just now and they said "haha, sorry! We haven't heard anything from your doctor! We'll call you back when we do!" Well, I'm not keeping my fingers crossed. I have been without my ADHD meds for over a week now and my mental health has rapidly declined. I haven't been sleeping, I've been having outbursts of anger, I've been severely depressed and I don't think I can hang on much longer. I am starting to have suicidal thoughts now. If I don't receive my prescription within another week, I will be switching pharmacies and that's being generous. Honestly, if I could take legal action, I would. This isn't even the first time this has happened. I have had this happen several times over the last year--wrong prescriptions or prescriptions being completely missing and staff being so clueless that they don't even check their fax machine. This is disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Imagine if I had some kind of heart condition or diabetes or something and I required the medications to live. But no, they're psychiatric drugs so they must not be a big deal, right? Severe anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation is just a joke, right? Ridiculous. I have had several setbacks in my mental health because of your gross neglect and incompetence. I have done my part and made sure to call in for refills on time, where are you in all this? Why aren't you doing your job? I will be starting university this year to hopefully earn my HBA and this added stress is the last thing I need. Come on, Angus Borden Guardian, pull your socks up.

Just transferred a new prescription and they were quick to correct the error of another pharmacy and dispense! Very happy with them and very professional!

Nothing but admiration for this team! During a time when everyone is stressed and asking for special exceptions this whole team works to do their best within the confines of what they can do. Natalie and David are constantally taking the time to accommodate and support my family and I and last night Natalie went above and beyond for our out of hours request. Thank You for your constant support during a very difficult time.

Since when did Tylenol shut down??? Why are the drugstores hiding flu and cold medication????? Canadian government probably told them to hide the meds like they did with the baby formula

I am not sure what has been going on over the last eight months but the customer service I have received has gone from outstanding to hell.First Id call in the needed prescriptions a day or two ahead and when we would go to pick it up it was never ready. Then I called and doubled checked as there was a new prescribtion for a family member. This was a new prescription needed asap. When I got there it wasnt even the right prescription filled. Even when I called into double check it was there.Then there was a change in my coverage. When I got the one prescription filled and went to pay there was a price difference. First when I called they acted confused and like I didn't know what I was talking about. I drove there with copies of the exact prescription and receipts showing different changes. They had a big story about how they charge if you have coverage and if you don't. The last few times Ive gone in to pick up the amounts have changed from $3.00 to $6.00.Now after all this I asked that the owner of the store Dave call me so I could have a discussion with him about the poor customer service Id been receiving the last few months. This is over six months later and no call. I have called several times and he's not in.My last straw was today. I ordered a prescribtion Saturday or should I say tried to order the system told me it was unable to be refill it. I then left a detailed message to order it. Well to my surprise I went to pick it up today and was handed a prescription I didnt even order. Yeah again what is going on. All I have to say is a PHARMACY that was once top notch and even delivered my Father's prescription to Markdale has gone to very poor service. Maybe its because Ward is no longer there and they are hiring people with none or little customer service skills. Or maybe they can't handle the growth in the area. I have given them over 8 months and it just keeps getting worse. So sad to see such a great pharmacy go to hell.
